Most menu items are very nice. The take out option for $6.00 is a real time saver too. Wine is good, but salads are my real treat. I can't but wonder why competitive restaurants don't follow Olive Garden in regards to the salad and take home options, It seems so obvious. Anyway please Olive Garden, don't abandon these features.?

I went on Sunday the 24. I love this place with my heart and soul. The bread sticks were the most buttery, soft, amazing bread sticks I've ever had from there. The waitress was very considerate and she was also the bartender so I know she must have been busy but she was on top of it! Wish I remembered her name. Great place!

We visited this location for the last time on 3.1.24. It was our anniversary and we wanted a cozy dinner at one of my fave restaurants. Water & drinks + appetizer came out fairly quickly, but that's where it went downhill. After waiting 30 mins for our food, we finally asked our server to box up our meals as we were just ready to go home. Our server even told us ours was the ONLY ticket in red in the back, but the entire kitchen staff was apparently new so there were a lot of issues. Our server was AMAZING but unfortunately I've forgotten her name.We again said we just wanted to go and asked for our check. Our server wouldn't take our card, she said she couldn't imagine we would have to pay for our meal and she would go talk to the manager. When she came back (the manager dropped off our order and split - we didn't even know it was him, she told us), she said he would give us a discount but that was it. He discounted the calamari only and our server bought us dessert, she kept apologizing the entire time and I assured her that we would most definitely not be back. We were very calm and patient, and didn't even complain actually, we just said we were ready to go and since our food wasn't there yet we'd rather take it home. We paid over $100 for a meal we had to take home & heat up.Maybe the manager was thinking about all the other comps/discounts he'd have to give out, but that's not our problem. The MANAGER lost our business and we will not be back. I'm referring to the Cottonwood location in Albuquerque NM to be clear.

It was crowded, the soup was not hot, and our order wasn't exactly correct. There were some pretty big parties going on so it was loud. That being said, it was on par with what you're going to get at any family style restaurant on the West side on an average Friday night.

It's Olive Garden...if you eat here, you should be ashamed of yourself. Put some effort into life and find a real, local Italian restaurant (I ended up experiencing this place via kidnapping).

Loved it. Evening out with grandkids... Yes. We had a great waitress. She was Friendly. I liked that she would laugh with us. Lol even tho she tried not to. We were very comfortable. Loved her service.Kid-friendliness: Patient with kids ordering their own meals. But these kids know what they wanted. ?So no problem whatsoever. And yes kids love the food here.

Everything was amazing. I believe the manager came out asked how everything is tasting. She noticed my wife's Chicken was a Tad burnt. So she said she would fire another chicken for my wife's tour of Italy. Service was great, food tasted amazing and the chocolate lasagna was pure evil in a good way!
