The ice cream is pretty good, but the price is outrageous! I have been to places like this before and am aware that it can get expensive quickly depending on how much you put in your cup. So I was very intentional about how much I put in. I had about 6 bites of ice cream in my cup and had him put ONE TEASPOON max of topping in my cup. (I now wish I had a pic to post) This small amount costed $4!! Afterwards the person working told me I could have gotten a full pint of their pre-packaged ice cream for $5. I would have appreciated knowing I could have gotten A LOT more ice cream for one more dollar BEFORE.😒 I won't be going back.

Who hurt you, Olo? This place used to be our favorite spot in town. Now they treat you like you’re going to fill your pockets with free samples and toppings and run out the door if you aren’t closely monitored at all times. You can’t get your own samples. You can’t put on your own toppings. The whole premise of frozen yogurt is building your own monstrosity and paying by the pound. We won’t be coming back.

Olo Dessert Studio is a total gem in Nob Hill! The variety of soft serve flavors and toppings is incredible—there’s something for everyone, including vegan and dairy-free options. I loved the Capulin Cake Batter flavor, and the Churro Cookie was a perfect sweet treat. The place is clean, staff are super friendly, and everything tastes fresh and homemade. Whether you're in the mood for frozen yogurt, baked goods, or a cozy latte, Olo nails it. Highly recommend stopping by!
Top notch froyo joint with good fruit flavors. Prices are reasonable. Only complaint is they insist on doing everything for you when it comes to toppings or just samples, even though it's supposedly self-serve. They got the toppings wrong and I wish I could just do it myself.

If you want frozen yogurt, go anywhere else. Staff is usually cold. Very blah considering it should at least offer joy with the treats. Very stingy with samples and flavors unrecognizable. Sad experience all around.
