Oh. Mah. Gah. Crunchy sweet garlicky wings, perfectly bouncy noodles, fresh cucumber crunch salad, and Yo La Tengo playing in the background. Almost went twice in one Saturday for good measure.
One of the best and coolest places in ABQ. New stuff on the menu every day. The pecan broth is very rich and delicious, can be vegan. The shiitake dumplings are also great. Good value for great and innovative food. Accommodating wait staff. Plenty of plant based alternatives but also tonkatsu and fish.

We tried the pecan ramen, the bao, the tartare, and the dumplings. Everything was as delicious as it was unique, the food came quickly, and the service was beyond stellar. Fantastic meal, especially for the price; we will absolutely be back.
