It's been a while since I've been to O'Neils and Ive never had a bad experience. Last night we met with family for a birthday celebration. Drinks were great but the food was amazing Green chile chicken fritters were amazing, I had the chicken club and it was great. The boxty was fantastic especially with the apple sauce. Can't wait to go back again

My favorite restaurant for a great burger. Had to add the menu item curly fries and queso is delicious. Hot, crispy and excellent seasoning on the fries and the queso was also loaded with flavor. Blueberry Lavender lemonade was very refreshing and Daniel was quick to refill drinks and pleasant to talk to.

We typically love the food and atmosphere here, however, we were there recently and our server (male, red curly hair) seemed intoxicated. It made us very uncomfortable and ruined our dining experience. I’m not sure we will return if this is the standard of service the restaurant gives.

Absolutely horrible experience here. The service was appalling.. first of all our server Johnny was cleary drinking on the job.. he smelled like a distillery, glossy eyes, and I was suprised he could form a full sentence. To boot, he clearly had some personal grooming issues. So needless to say the service that followed was sub par at best. We waited 20 minutes just for him to deliver our beers. It seems he was too busy chatting and flirting with another waitress, which mind you was to a level that hardly seemed work appropriate. On top of it all, I watched with bewilderment as our Johnny dropped a lime for a drink on the floor, pick it up, and put it back onto the rim of the glass. I was mortified. Anyways we quickly paid for our beers and left hungry, it was not worth waiting around nor were we confident of the sanitary quality of any food or drink we would recieve. I sincerely hope this is not the standard of employee behavior and presentation O'Neill's allows in their restaurant, because it was gross.

The service and the drinks along with their dog friendly patio makes for a great hangout spot. Good vibes all around with great service! A must visit when you're on the eastside of the city. We really miss your nob hill location, RIP.

This is simply a magical experience, transporting you to a place far away and a *lot* greener. My shepherd's pie was absolutely delicious!
Great food, great service and a wide selection of beers. Try the cuban sandwich, yum!
Daniel's always so awesome, best server ever! Will be returning soon. Wish they kept the avocado toast though
