Terrible service and food would not ever go back. Over cooked steaks. Management took forever to come around to even say anything barely apologized and didn’t make sure the steaks were cooked properly which they weren’t. Also took forever to get them. We were already done eating by the time they brought the new ones. Eating the sides. Totally did not make it right or make us feel like ever coming back. We tried to go to Outback on Jefferson for a birthday lunch today, but we got there and it was closed. One sign said closed for maintenance. Another sign looked like ordered closed by Health Department. We had to find another restaurant. :(
We are traveling through Albuquerque to West Coast. Chose to eat at Outback off Jefferson St. As within walking distance of our hotel. Service was fantastic. The waitress was very attentive throughout the meal. Food was well prepared, good flavore and reasonably priced.
