I am so disappointed this is my sons favorite place, and we were let down multiple times on out last visit this past weekend. The service was soo slow we sat 30+ minutes before meeting our server and another 10-20 for drinks. I felt like I had to track down our server to order each time. Which was crazy since there were so many staff people standing around talking. Then once our food finally got to us it was barely cooked. The server did not take our order correctly. And even after getting it was taken back to finish cooking it still was not prepared properly. We ended up trying to rush out and finished cooking our food at home before we were able to eat our dinner. I thought it was nice that we were given a free appetizers card but upon reveiw they were expired so utterly useless. I even think the server increase my total so they got a tip with out me approval and masked it as the food total. I left it because I was so disgusted and over this restaurant and just wanted to get home 0 out of 10.

I was just here thirty minutes ago 7:30 om and had a wonderful meal with my wife. Mushrooms as always fantastic. A very nice iceberg lettuce salad with Bruce cheese Hot bread n butter yum. 9 ounce filet superb and tender Sweet potato again excellent. I met Rosie (Jefferson) the manager who has been taking care of his customers and I found him to be very helpful with telling us of a special drink and Gisele our server very thoughtfulAs I had a small issue and she fixed same easily….. they are both a credit to really all of us with their kindness and professionalism. Go have a lunch or dinner …. Was excellent for me as always

I always enjoy eating at Outback Steakhouse and this was no exception. The Caesar salad is better than those I've had at other popular steakhouses, and the steak was cooked perfectly, as usual. Celina was a very kind and attentive server. I look forward to coming again.

Outback at Cottonwood (Coors Bypass) is 10x better than this location. This one started with cold bread.. then cold wings. Spent over $260 for a party of 11 (3 kids) and definitely didn't enjoy it much.

Absolutely horrible!This used to be my favorite place but since the last five years it just keeps getting worse.I come once a year just to see if it has improved but every time I end up disappointed and today just confirms that we will never return.The first sign that I was in for a bad experience was the front of the building walkway and entrance was full of trash, leaves and debris but I kept a positive attitude and then it got worse.They brought me the wrong steak, confused our tables order with other tables next to us and when my bone in ribeye finally came it was all fat and tendon could even cut through it without a struggle.Steaks are of poor quality, management needs to train staff better and keep the place clean.This is no longer a quality steakhouse.French onion soup and the ice cream dessert were the only things that were decent.

Manager was clueless and staff seemed overwhelmed, there was not a lot of clients. It took about 20 mins for someone to ask us what we wanted to drink and another 15 mins for someone to take our order.

is there minus star?Arrived, got a table, waited 20 minutes and no one even asked us if we had been helped. Mind you the place is no packed. Another couple comes in 2 tables next to ours. they immediately get bread and drinks.We stopped another waiter, he says he'll find us one..another 10 minutes pass by..guess what? another e r couple sits near by and right away they get bread and water. Nasty service.Will never come back to Outback at Jefferson
