Pacific Paradise

This used to be our favorite place to eat before new owners took over. My kids would beg to go eat here, especially for their birthday. They've upped the prices, which is fine, but the portions have gotten significantly smaller and the quality of food is not nearly what it used to be. So extremely sad about this.

One of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a while.

The server is absolutely horrendous. She is rude, forgetful, and honestly has no reason to be a waitress. The food has gone downhill the last couple times I have been there and I have finally found out why. The owners have changed and it’s obvious the new owner doesn’t care as much as the old ones did. I’ll never be back.

Wow, this place has gone DOWN HILL since Denny and Ling stopped owning the place. I’m not sure who the new owners/management is but all I can say is steer clear from eating and spending your money here. Our last two experiences were subpar and today we actually walked out after having a heated a discussion with a disgruntled waitress who is clearly on drugs. We didn’t even get a chance to order our meal. As a former employee and waitress of this place I am deeply saddened to see this once wonderful establish turn to complete garbage with terrible employees and service. I asked to speak to a manager and not one staff member would give me the info. Our family has spent countless times and money there and even hosted an engagement party there. Never again.

Seems owners or management changed. Used to be great, now it's okay.

In the past, we have enjoyed eating here. The sesame honey shrimp is good, so are the tempura dishes, sushi too. This time we never got seated. There were empty tables everywhere and a lack of servers. We sat for 20 minutes in the waiting area and finally got up and left. Friday night was apparently too much for one server. Someone doesn’t know how to run a business.

It sucked it smelled bad the waitress was being super rude and overall it was horrible 🤮 do not recommend

Waited ten minutes and then we finally get her and she has a terrible attitude even though we waited ten minutes

We love this place! Great authentic Chinese dishes and the freshest fish and sushi. Service is always wonderful as well.

The authentic Chinese dishes that were added are awesome and the sushi menu is great as always. This place is always solid and is seriously a hidden gem.

10 out of 10 amazing staff, clean and relaxing establishment. Very polite and friendly workers, 100% recommended

I've been twice in the last four months and was super impressed with how accommodating they were for my friend with a gluten allergy. The food came out within a reasonable amount of time and tasted great both times. I appreciate this place! It's one of my go-tos for out-of-town guests.

I had a wonderful meal here. A little corny with the decorations. But the food was great. Sushi was fresh and presented well. Paradise chicken was delicious. Service was on point as well. I will be back.

I just want to take a minute to shout out my server Ryan. I recently got take out from here and I was amazed at how calm and kind he was during an extremely busy dinner rush. He maintained a positive attitude and was kind and very helpful. The food is always good but the great service I had makes me want to keep coming back.

I am a regular take out, I love this place since 17 I’ve been a customer for year’s, I finally decided to dine in, it’s my one night out and I was so disappointed, I asked the server the level of spicy he has put as I like medien but wasn’t asked and quite frankly I forgot but that’s not my job when I got my plate it was bland I didn’t wanna complain but the price of my dish is 20 plus I’m not gonna eat some I don’t like he said no spice I told him I like medium he said he could get me hot sauce i said yes but I knew I wouldn’t eat it so I asked politely if he could redo w/ medium heat, I’m a regular so I know what medium heat taste like he gave me waaaay spicy idk if spite or bc he was mad but soooo not cool I would t of complained if he’d just had it done right, how mean must you be to do that, I was not gonna tip him but the person I am couldn’t I still gave 3 dollar tip, the sushi chef was super understanding and apologized on his behalf! Only good part about it, I don’t know if I’ll ever go again frankly!
