The tom kha was as I remember it from Thailand, and the woman who served our table (maybe the owner) was delightful.

I am Thai and I've been Thai restaurants in Albuquerque, and I always asked them to cook Real Authentic Thai tastes, and I was always disappointed. Most of Thai Restaurants cook according to American's taste and demand. So I gave up finding a good Thai Restaurant. ....BUT, Not HERE :) I Guarantee This Restaurant is SUPER GOOD!! We ordered Chicken Satay, Pork Panang curry and Stir-fried pork Thai Basil, Drunken noodles. I asked them to cook in a real Thai way. They did an amazing job. The foods reminded me so much of Thailand!! If you wanna try a real Thai taste, you could ask the chef but please be cautious it can be very spicy, and may be different than foods that you find from other Thai Restaurants which not to your taste. But for those of you who have been to Thailand before, you can be sure that this restaurant offers a real Thai Authentic way of cooking. For example, Padthai, many Thai Restaurants put many carrots, some put Broccoli in it 😫 that's NOT THAI!! But here they really cook it as Thai Way without being ask!! I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant. They can do very good Thai food both for American tastes dishes and Real Authentic Thai ones. ♥️♥️♥️ I definitely will go back again !

My wife and I travel often all over the USA and while we travel we always try the local Thai places. Pad Thai Cafe is top 3 without question. The Pad Se Ew, Pad Thai, and Basil Rice were absolutely, unabashedly, EXCELLENT. The flavor, the portion size, presentation and the price we're all aligned just right. I can't speak highly enough of the Pad Thai chicken plate. Sometimes other places use to much sugar, or to much liquid sauce; not here. The noodles were extremely flavorful and didn't need any additional flavorings like soy sauce.
The place was very clean and the bathrooms were absolutely spotless and fresh
Come check this out, you won't be disappointed

Wonderful place to eat! The restroom was very clean and beautiful. The food was excellent. The medium Pad Thai was a little too spicy for me but you can order it in mild and spice it up with the condiments tray.

Yo hear me out. We need to protect this restaurant and the owners at all costs. I had a number of items today, pork egg rolls, chicken pad thai ans the thai tea. All of it was amazing and it's worth the trip coming to the war zone.
I've had alot of pad thai and let me tell you, this is definitely top favorites of mine.

I'm from California and go to visit my daughter and family in New Mexico and they took me to eat at Pad Thai Cafe and I was blown away with the deliciousness of the tufu pad thai. I can honestly say it's the BEST I ever had. I can't wait to go back.

I rarely go out to eat at restaurants because of the normally low quality of service and hit and miss quality of the food nowadays but decided to treat myself and try Pad Thai Cafe Saturday evening. Turned out this experience was no exception. They advertise that they are open until 8. I arrived at 7:45 which granted is cutting it close. They had locked the door but let me in and only offered to go. No one smiled. They were seemingly irritated that they had to go to the trouble of serving me. I ordered the Drunken Noodles and spring rolls. The noodles were just a gross pile of glup thrown in a styrofoam container. The springs rolls were clearly the frozen type heated up. What a joke. $25 later all I got out of it was a wasted, disappointing evening. Horrible place. Will never go back.

Delicious, without any sort of “softening” for the American palate. The spice is legit, the technique is superb, the service is real. Love it!

My go to for cashew chicken. Very authentic Thai environment. There was even a Buddhist monk dining in there. Always a fun place to visit even if you have to wonder if your car will still be there when you get out.
