Super cool bed and brew! This place is awesome- the history and vibes are really neat. Host is responsive and helpful. We stayed only one night in January so we didn’t get
to experience all that they have to offer. Would love to come back again and attend an event at the Ghost Light Saloon and hang out more . Highly recommend staying here.

I can't remember wishing I had more time in a city so I could spend more time at my hotel. Very cool place!

My new favorite place! It’s too cozy and cute here. We travel often from Denver to Tucson and it’s so stressful finding somewhere in the middle to stay that is safe for me and my kids that can accommodate dogs and secure parking. There was such a cute spacious private yard in the back. It was perfect to let the dogs run around and then the front is a community style yard area. This place has it all. I love the compound style plus the bed and pillows were so cozy, which is pretty much unheard of! Too much great stuff to mention you have to check it out. You will not regret it. Best time ever and delicious beers. The Oktoberfest and the kolsch were my favorite.

This place is a must visit in Albuquerque if you love brews and boos! This cozy bed-n-brew is packed with spooky history that will keep you on the edge of your seat. The best part is they have great and knowledgeable staff that are happy to share that history with you. There are only 4 suites that are only steps from the most beautiful outdoor area, trolley bar, and casita. So close to everything but still feel tucked away and distanced from the other visitors so when you’re ready to hit the hay it is still nice and quiet. This place is dog friendly and only charged one pet fee for both our dogs. Our rooms were beautifully decorated, cozy, neat and tidy. So much artwork and history all over the walls. Owner Jesse brought over an extra comforter for my son who crashed on the super cozy leather couch. We have a family of 5 and we all felt like we had lots of space In the Lottie suite. Check-in was a breeze. The easiest I’ve ever had. The code to the gate is emailed and texted to us. I was nervous about the location cause we are traveling and had a small hitch-basket with exposed property. However, the gated lot relieved any worries I had. Literally pulled in steps away from the room, and the code to our room was also provided to us so we literally didn’t need to talk to anybody. It was a seamless self check-in. Kate, the bartender was very friendly and knowledgeable. I don’t drink so I was happy. They had a selection of nonalcoholic drinks. First drink for guests are free and they even gave my kids a free drink of their choice (nonalcoholic, of course lol).

Great place. Bed & Brew this is NOT a Bed & Breakfast :) Wonderful little courtyard with a free beer during hoppy hour. They have a great beer selection and the hostage was amazung.

About as far from “the same old thing” as a bed & breakfast can get. Seriously authentic “Old Wild West” rooms with period antiques and historical elements, along with state-of-the-art features like a fully functional and comfortable kitchen and great full-featured TV. The bed is cozy; easy chair, sofa and other furnishings are comfortable; and the room is surprisingly big and wonderfully designed. There’s a cool renovated trolly decked out with witty spooky stuff to be a bar called Ghost Light Saloon — guests get one free drink a night of their excellent craft beers or other drinks. The bartender was the magician and entertainer Jordan Jonas who gave us an impromptu performance—intriguing, original, witty and fun.

What a fun unique place. Hoppy hour in the trolley with Jordan as our bartender is not to be missed!

What a beautiful part of history and I am so grateful I got to stay at such a remarkable place. My stay was very peaceful and the Jesse room was spacious and clean!

5-stars because it has all the little touches that made our stay comfortable. We stayed in the Lizzie room which has a separate bedroom so someone could watch TV on the comfortable couch/chair in the living room without disturbing someone in the bedroom. It had more than one mirror and it was actually clean under the bed! It had a throw rug on each side of the bed so you could wipe your feet before getting into bed, and there was a private little patio off the bedroom. Other details: hairdryer, shampoo/conditioner/soap, makeup towel, tissues, dishwasher with detergent, adjustable climate control in each room, recycling (which was a first for us in New Mexico), well stocked kitchen with some oils for cooking, paper towels, comfortable bed and good sheets, fun and interesting decor. Good location: 15 to 20 minute walk to breweries, restaurants and even the Old Town Plaza, and less than 15 minutes to airport. I would absolutely stay there again.

Great place to grab a drink and get some spooky lore even if you’re not staying overnight.

The Painted Lady Bed & Brew is a one-of-a-kind vintage lodging experience that beautifully captures the charm and character of its historic setting. Each room is thoughtfully designed with period-inspired décor, showcasing meticulous attention to detail. Be sure to stop by the Trolley for Hoppy Hour, where Jesse serves his exceptional home-brewed craft beer—a true local treasure. On weekends, his craft brewery opens to the public, so even if you’re not staying overnight, it’s well worth a visit to enjoy his brews and experience The Painted Lady.

Did the haunted trolley tour, which began at Painted Lady. The tour was lots of fun. We had a beer at the trolley. Staff and patrons alike were friendly and nice. I loved the space and the vibe. While dong the tour, my new Apple watch came off without my noticing it. Jesse at Painted Lady called the trolley driver and checked with staff. No luck. A few hours later a staff member found it in the parking lot lot and I got an immediate message that it had been found. I so appreciated the wonderful experience with this establishment. I will be back!!

This is such a wonderful alternative to big corporate hotels and soulless Airbnbs. The rooms are beautiful, with everything you need and the grounds are welcoming and relaxed, with plenty of inviting spots to sit outside. The streetcar bar is a delight, and I love the concept of “bed and brew,” with one free drink to kick off your stay. You won’t be right downtown, but I found the neighborhood to be charming and close enough by car to anywhere you want to go. If you enjoy a good walk and need some provisions, there’s a really good small supermarket called Lowes about half a mile up the road. In addition to the property being comfortable and lovely, the owner is so nice. I left some AirPods behind, and they were kind enough to keep an eye out and mail them to me when they turned up. I’d love to find a place like Painted Lady Bed and Brew in every town I travel to.
