This is the second time I try to buy food from this place and their doors are closed. They need to update their hours online if they are not going to be servicing when they say they're supposed to be open.

We came to try a Paleta and were so glad we did. We wanted a sweet treat and were not in the mood for traditional ice cream. This was such a treat. We got the Strawberry (half covered with white chocolate and graham crackers) and Hazlenut (half covered chocolate and nuts). They were so delicious, not super rich and not incredibly sweet. We finished them feeling very satisfied and not over stuffed. The gentleman who helped us was so nice and helpful. His recommendations on toppings was perfect.
we hope to be back and try new combinations of deliciousness. This store is close to I40, so if you are passing through Albuquerque, this store is a great stop for a snack.

Service was good but I paid 25 dlls for a medium and a small cup of fruta con crema, the cup was fill with wipped cream and crema but literally only got like 10 pieces of fruit all together, kind of disappointed, won’t be returning to this location

Received a door dash order from this location, ordered an elote which was watered down corn called store to let them know and "Adam" said he made it but described the elote with all ingredients that make up item...I never call and complain about anything but I was just asking a question about who made it and what was added cause maybe this location makes them different??? But Adam was very rude if that's his name and didn't seem to care ...mind you this elote was less then 1/2 way filled up, no cheese...no mayo...very little butter...lots of chili sauce..and seemed to be water?? The most disgusting elote!!! This order took place on 03/17/2024 call was made to store at 9:52pm wasn't answered by Adam but another guy...who passed "Adam" the phone! He even asked how far I lived and claimed that the 5 to 8 minute drive was the reason the cheese wasn't there and had no flavor ?? call lasted 10 minutes and 52 seconds and went know where. I WISH I could post a picture attached to my review of the 1/2 cup of watered down corn with Valentina sauce and very little butter. It only allowed me to add it to the photos tab on website.

98th location is super stingy with ingredients. The elote was horrible corn water with no cheese, mayo or flavor. Put the tiniest sprinkle of toppings. Went to Santa fe paleta bar the next day and it was well worth the money .
This place is so neat, and nothing like we have back home. A real treat!
Kid-friendliness: Gentlemen behind the counter was so patient with my kids as they tried to figure out what kind of toppings they wanted.

Anytime I order Dorinachos and add beef jerky, the beef jerky is refunded because they never have any. The drinks and paletas are always delicious. All food items should be 5 stars, not just certain menu items.

Went in for the first time this evening and it was well worth it. Fabian was so helpful, feeling valentines day coming up I ordered a strawberry paleta dipped in dark chocolate with almonds & fresh strawberries sprinkled on top. It was amazing & I tased the cucumber and lime aqua fresca....also amazing. Will definitely be back!!
