I got here at 9 pm they said they're closed but online it says open until 930 pm they should stop false advertising and close when they say they are going to I just wanted 1 item and they told me “to go were closed “ then locked the doors

We waited 20 minutes for our ice cream and when I got it the plate was broken when I grabbed it and it fell on the floor I asked him to remake it and they said it was my fault.
We go to this place often to eat there or take out and everything is good, But Today I went to this place and I ordered some cocktail with peanuts, cucumber and beef jerky and immediately some chemical taste was detected in the pieces of beef jerky something like the same smell when they are cleaning the place. Unfortunately I also found two long hairs on my chilindrina. I hope they take action especially on the dishes with beef jerky.
