The wait was really long and they didn’t get my order to me until I drove around to ask about it again, I was upset at first but the manager definitely helped. She got my order out right away offered a drink or appetizer and even refunded my order. This was shocking but I really did appreciate that she even did that, I wasn’t expecting it. So the experience may have been not so great but the manager definitely made up for it. Thanks to her for being on top of it I know it was hectic but I appreciate that she understood my frustration and wasn’t rude.

If you say you’re open until 10:30p I expect to be able to come in and get food anytime before hand. If you can’t keep enough product to run a full menu until 10:30 you need a change of staff.

I’m very upset been in line for a really long time the line hasn’t moved the drive thru is wrapped around the building and for some reason there a note written on the window that the lobby is closed but there is one man inside eating

Today is the second time I stop they have my order wrong call the store no answer and I specify told them to make sure everything is there but your get a smirk form the employee of manager cans they hire someone competent and refund my money when I pay for something I want all of it now half

Walked in. The smell. Had to walk out before I yomited. I'm sorry. I know people love it. Not me. The place smells like burnt soy sauce. I will avoid at all costs. Enjoy it if you like it.

I’ve never had my order jacked up so bad all at once. I asked for 1/2 white rice and 1/2 steamed veggies (the main reason I went) got fried rice. I asked for the grilled teriyaki chicken and cashier didnt even know they had it. I asked for mushroom chicken a got nothing but peanuts and burnt chili an 2 pieces of chicken an a little bit of veggies an I asked for 2 servings. I asked for spring rolls and got the regular egg rolls. Seriously do talks self a favor and fire Jamie. A…..your attitude sucks and so does your customer service

I've been through this Panda twice, the first time took forever and my food wasn't warm, this time I left because they were not helping the driveway fast enough. I sat in line for over 20 minutes before giving up because we hadn't moved at all.

I always get an item less, every single time, and for some reason I keep going believing one day they will get it right. Today I ordered a family meal and again, I didn't get my kun-pau chicken. I want to love this place, but you guys make it extremely difficult.

Elisa was rude at the drive up window, she had attitude when asked for sauce. She failed to give me 2/4 of my drinks. She closed the window before I could ask for anything else or my drinks. If you’re going to work customer service you better have a good attitude, having a bad day or not.
