For being inside a casino the customer service was terrible!! We walked up and waited 10 mins before we were greeted the employees were moving food items around on the line and looked at us but did not knowledge us until I asked if they were open to which the employee replied “let me know when you’re ready” I expected so much more from this restaurant. I thought employee were trained on certain customer service characteristics. It seems like that training missed Panda Express. We will give the other restaurants in the casino a try and see how they do.

I ordered a medium drink she gave me a small. I told her she says that’s a medium. I’ve been to several PE and I know I got a small. Beijing beef is burnt. Altogether employee need to learn customer service.
What a bad service, the girl's name is Angelica until it stops that they don't pay her or they screwed her very badly, what an ugly service.

I decided to walk to Panda Express from the sports bar, which is just around the corner. I ordered a double portion of Orange Chicken and the portion was barely enough for one person. The box was filled with mostly rice! It was good, but the portion size was terribly disappointing. ?

Horrible horrible service this morning. Alex the worker shouldn't have a job. He treated mt friend n I bast what we ordered he was rude we only wanted what he put out. No trash bag in the lobby. I want hi fired. He doesn't deserve to work.

My professional association just finished a conference at Isleta and I cannot say enough good things. The staff was amazing and extraordinarily accommodating, the food was delicious, and the prices were very affordable for our budget. Thank you all for the great 4 days we had at Isleta!
