It smelled heavenly walking in and my tummy was excited.The reality was not quite as endearing.I had a very pleasant staff serve me and although it was obvious she was still new, I was treated well. Everyone behind the counter was nice.I got home and excitedly started on my veggie spring rolls. Boy, was that the beginning of my problems. It was soggy at the ends, no crunch, but thankfully still flavorful.Thinking it was just a one off situation, I moved to the main meal. I ordered fried rice, Beijing beef and broccoli beef.The taste was good, consistent. But the rice... OMG the rice. It was HALF-COOKED.I'm Asian. FROM Asia. I've lived my life eating, cooking and dreaming about rice. Properly cooked jasmine rice is meant to be fluffy. And that's why I know when rice is cooked well or not.So you can imagine the heartbreaking disappointment I felt when I felt the crunch in my first mouthful. Shocked, I took another smaller mouthful with only rice and then tried just a single grain and it all drew the same conclusion. The rice was only half-cooked!!!I've never been so distraught before. Panda has always been my go-to and I'm sticking to my guns on thatBut from this point forth, I'm never going back to this one outlet.

This location decided to close their lobby early almost every night. Everytime I go to work down the street I try to stop at Panda for dinner and every night I have to settle for something else. A lot of their clientele is homeless and because of that the employees treat everyone who comes in there like they are not welcome.

Nothing was ready for the lunch rush. I had to wait 10 mins for them to make my food and I was the only person in the restaurant. I asked for the code for the bathroom. She wouldn't give it to me until I paid even though I was waiting for my food (mushroom chicken and egg rolls) to be made.

I have eaten here a few time, but this time was horrible, angus steak a $1.50 more for rotten old beef maybe freeze burn . Tried the new chile shrimp, was fried so much with Chile paste you couldn't even taste the shrimp. Got a bowl with honey sesame chicken, literally 5 pieces chicken.
