why is it so bad i will never think of panda express the same this food will haunt me eternally and the cashier was screaming at his coworker over the rangoons it was never that serious... this panda express is more concerned about the placement of its rangoons than the quality of its food (which is cheekeronis) there was something in my chicken that was not fit for human consumption it tasted like a bandaid and burned my mouth 😭☠️

Exactly what you’re hoping for from a Panda Express. The atmosphere in the Sunport foot court is idyllic for an airport. It’s past security, so there’s no rush while you eat. Service at the Panda was a little brusque, but it was still better than most airport food places. Prices are extremely reasonable.

A pretty standard (mid) Panda Express. The bowl and a Dasani water is really close in price to the full United meal voucher which is convenient. Service is OK.

The young lady working today 5/23/25 at 1745 Asking what size and serving the food was extremely rude, impatient and acted like answering question and customer service wasnt in her job description. She got an atitude when i asked what is the size difference between a bowl vs a plate. Extremely hard for her to show me the sizes, then she condescendingly showed me. Find a different job if you cant act with kindness and be patient with travelers. The first and last time eating at panda express.

This Panda Express is in the Food Court of the Albuquerque Airport.
We got the 2 item plate with Pepper Steak & Beijing Beef & and Honey Walnut Shrimp & Beijing Beef with half fried rice and half noodles.
The Honey Walnut Shrimp was not crispy at all. It’s one of my favorites so it was a let down. The Beijing Beef was okay. The noodles had more veggies than noodles. Overall experience was okay.

I ate here out of sheer desperation. It was the only real option for hot food. It was 4pm, they were out of maybe 1/3 of the dishes. The kung pao chicken tasted like there were a lot of burnt bits in it, which indicated to me that they were not good about cleaning out their crockery between cooking batches. Everything was bland and/or too salty. The staff looked and sounded like they really did not want to be there and didn't like other human beings very much - understandable, but didn't add to the experience. If you want a quick meal that's sorta warm and don't care about taste nor service, this could work for you.
