Friendly staff. Not much seating available. Food tasted good and was handed out pretty much instantly. They warned me about their new spicy orange Chicken but it wasn’t that spicy. Pretty much like their regular orange Chicken.
Salesperson was great greeting and taking good care of the customer. The problem was the food. I chose not to eat because the food looked dry and old as if it hadn’t been sold in a while. Some of the food looked wilted and the serving pans needed to be washed. I chose to eat at a different restaurant!I would not recommend this location.
I have been a flight attendant for 38 years and I know good customer service when I see it. Corporate needs to take notice of this particular franchise at ABQ airport. They are always super busy. They keep the food coming. It is fresh, tasty, and hot They have a great assembly line and everyone is courteous and smiling. I don't come to Albuquerque often. But I have taken notice and I am very impressed.
