Out of so many items out of so many sauces out of teriyaki sauce.How can you eat grilled teriyaki chicken without grilled teriyaki?Chicken sauce management needs to get it together.And then they, three of them yelled at me because I asked for the sauce pathetic so I can meat too and she just has rote memory and does not listen to the customer. terrible customer service, lady at the window is very rude. I heard her tell many customers to hurry up and order because they were closing when it says they don’t close until 10:30 and this was at about 10:00 o’clock. As i am writing this review they are STILL OPEN. they need better employees and better customer service this is ridiculous.

I had my food delivered, so I cannot comment on the atmosphere or service. However, the food was definitely sub par. If I pay extra for the new shrimp and beef, shouldn't I get more than one shrimp?

I also found two large pieces of plastic in my noodles. Just a poorly run franchise, in my opinion.

Went through drive thru 11/14/2025 at 5:55pm and I ordered but was cut off before finishing up the order so I pulled forward and they didn't get my order and the employees were eating and had no sanitation gloves on and rude customer service with zero apologies...won't go there anymore

This morning me and my son were eating when an elderly woman that appeared to homeless she was about 65 year old when me and my son seen her walking outside we felt bad for the poor woman but seeing her come inside the establishment and treated less than human and shoved out disgusted me to the core. I bought the woman food and ran it out to her to find her crying at the bus stop. Someone’s grandmother put in the cold not only scolded but shoved out by a cook. This is an example of why America is failing. Do better Panda employees uphold the vision of panda and the values!!! I will no longer come to this location over this experience.

fantabulous me

This location is awful, I thought some of the other reviews were exaggerating but absolutely not. There wasn’t a line when we went inside but the employees were so curt and rushed. They gave the smallest portion of food i’ve ever received from any panda ever. And when I got home I realized my cabbage from my super greens had mold. Needless to say I won’t be attending this location again due to the poor customer service, quality, and portion size.
