Found a piece of metal in my grilled teriyaki chicken. I was actually sharing it with my toddler and glad it was me who found it then him. I even chewed on it is how I found it. I tried calling them 4 times and they wouldn't answer the phone. In fact it would say at the end of the ringing that there is no one to take the call and hangs up. No way to leave a message. Very frustrating. I hope no one else's child swallows a piece metal because the workers at Panda were careless and wouldn't answer the phone just to get a heads up.

When we first pulled up to drive thru the line was almost to eubank, so I was expecting to wait a good min, but surprisingly they were quick and we only sat in line for 5 mins. I recommend this location if your in a hurry! Food was awesome, the honey sesame chicken was cooked perfect! They were very nice and from what I could see, the restaurant was pretty clean!

It's not the best Chinese food, even within a mile of the location, but it's affordable and fast... Usually. Also, I was very impressed by the guy working the window. He was friendly and polite, even though he didn't tell me at the speaker I would be waiting for ten minutes for my food to cook, I had the time to wait and he was cool. Even after hearing the two ladies in the cars I'm front of me verbally abuse him.

I ordered online from the Lomas Eubank location. Drove into Albuquerque from the east mountains , 40 minutes each way, went inside received my order, busting out of the bag. I asked the guy at the coin if it was complete he assured me our order was complete. When I got back home, unloaded the busting bag only to find out one of our family meals was not complete… It was missing the teriyaki chicken. Tried calling the Lomas Eubank location numerous times and no answer. Very frustrating considering I pre purchased my order online and trusted Panda Express Lomas Eubank location to make sure our order was complete.

Another great location. They had a customer complaining, it was handled well and the employees were able to keep up. The cashier was super friendly and helpful and found out he used to work at Chick Fila.Parking: A good size parking lot. Something I look for as I usually pull a trailer.
