Ordered Kung Pap Chicken Bowl with Chow Mein and got Mushroom Chicken even after she read the order to me. The quality of service and food has gone down hill in Albuquerque with this restaurant chain, unfortunately - Definitely not my first disappointing experience with the restaurant but that spans multiple locations.

Ordered the string bean chicken breast with chow mein it was absolutely delicious not too little or too much of anything. The string beans and the peppers were cooked to perfection. The workers were quick and friendly and the restaurant was clean. Would definitely go back

Went through the drive thru and ordered an entree. Got all the way home and it wasn’t what I ordered so I had to drive back and nobody even greeted me or tried to make it right for the inconvenience.

Showed up 35mins before close and they didn’t have any food left you would think they would make fresh food before closing

The food is great here but they skimp on the rice every single time and I always have left over chicken cuz they filled up rice 3/4. Started going to the the one north and they actually give you what you ask

Pretty standard Panda. No issues really. If I was to be super critical I'd mention that the super greens were under cooked, but maybe that is their standard at this location.

I went to this location at 8:30PM on 9/22/25 and almost all of the employees were all lounging about in the lobby more than an hour before close and they had already closed their kitchen. The woman who was taking orders at the window was incredibly rude, disdainful and short with us. She also aggressively informed me that they were only accepting card at that hour. At the time they were not busy at all and we weren't being difficult in the slightest. They practically slung the food at me through the drive thru window and ripped my card out of my hand when I was asked for payment. The overall experience was disappointing and disheartening. I've gone to other locations in the city and never gotten this sort of experience before.

I understand that others may have had some bad reviews of this place but I honestly have rarely had issues here. We sometimes feel like this place gives you more in the portions if you eat-in, but that may just be a bias. The location is so busy that many may be put off from going here due to the sheer number of people. But we've always liked it here.

Truly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had — demeaning, dismissive, and completely unacceptable.

I stopped by this Panda Express hoping for a quick meal, but I was instead met with condescension and blatant disrespect from an employee named Raul V. (confirmed both verbally and by the name on my receipt — notably, he was the only employee not wearing a name tag).

Before ordering, I needed to use the restroom, so I asked Raul for the code. I didn’t catch what he said the first time — the music was loud, I was overstimulated, and I also have a vestibular disorder that affects my ability to process sound. I politely asked him to repeat himself. He did, but I still couldn’t hear or understand clearly. Instead of showing patience, he sarcastically asked me, “You don’t know numbers?” — completely inappropriate and condescending.

Then, as if I were a child, he started drawing the number on the counter with his finger slowly and dramatically. I was stunned. I told him again that I just couldn’t understand him.

It’s also important to note that Raul has an accent, and I genuinely was doing my best to understand. In an effort to make communication easier for both of us, I switched to Spanish — my first language — and asked for his name in Spanish. I tried to meet him halfway and speak to him in the language I could tell he was more comfortable with. And even then, he met me with rudeness and attitude.

At that point, I told him, “No seas cabrón” — because he was being needlessly hostile and demeaning. I asked to speak with someone else, and that’s when Carla stepped in. She was calm, respectful, clear — everything Raul was not. I’m grateful for her professionalism.

But after all of that, when I returned from the restroom to place my order, Raul was the one taking orders again. Still no apology. He barely spoke. I had to initiate everything. No greeting, no clarification, no “thank you.” Just silence, like I was an inconvenience — or worse, invisible.

The entire situation was exhausting and dehumanizing. I made every effort to communicate respectfully, even switching languages to accommodate him. And yet I was the one treated like a problem.

This goes beyond poor service — it’s ableist, it’s unkind, and it has no place in any customer-facing role. Management needs to take this seriously. No one should be made to feel stupid or small for having difficulty hearing. And no one should be spoken to — or ignored — the way I was.

No soap in the bathroom. Busted toilet seat. Bathroom was a mess. Looking back e shouldn’t have eaten the food. The orange chicken was over seasoned. And here we are a day later and my wife, son and myself are taking turns on the toilet. Gotta love pay for food posioning
