I submitted a 100 dollar order on doordash and we did not receive any of the food we ordered. Instead of chow mein and fried rice, ALL of us got white rice. Your restaurant staff should have canceled our order Instead of sending a bunch of stuff er did not want. No honey walnut shrimp was in the order even though it costs extra and the teriyaki chicken wr ordered was drenched in soy sauce and tasted horrible. My entire family is sick now from the food we got from you all! Shame on your night staff and management for doing this to God knows how many people! I want a refund for your inability to cook what was requested!

Only one order is taken at a time Good management will take several orders to fill at one time so you don’t have 8 cars in line waiting 30 minutes to get to the speaker just because there’s a car at the window and they won’t take another order until that one is complete! Need to better serve customers!

Guy in drive thru was nice but couldn’t get the order right like 4 times. No black pepper chicken and did not offer to make it. Got beef with broccoli and it was horrible! Broccoli was so hard and lack of beef. It was nasty! Wanted a different Chinese place but their system was down. So disappointed considering how much I wanted decent Chinese and got trash. Felt sick after I ate it and ended up out of me anyway. Trader Joe’s is better beef with broccoli. Should have gone with them.
8/10 times they'll get your order wrong if you order online even if it's for two items. Always double check your orders if you order here. I don't think I've ever ordered from a fast food place that gets orders wrong this much. Wrong entree boxes to wrong foods and put a sticker on the boxes that literally says the correct food and box size on it. Idk how someone can mess that up so consistently when it's right in front of them.
Sry to say but I waited for 5 days for my refund as they promised but still no update , few days ago I order some items which cost was around 108$ but I never got my items instead of that I got few items ( someone’s order ) which I was elergic to eat ,

Could definitely be better sometimes my rice is hard as a rock and taste funny sometimes the bowl isn’t filled up and has hardy any meat I’ve had good and bad experiences here I do love panda I feel like I get better service at night than during lunch hours for sure every time for lunch my food is sometimes not the best 50/50

They made me wait more than 30 minutes for teriyaki, I got so much food not a damn soy sauce forks went I specifically asked for all no chop sticks, omg I’m so mad ! It’s so cold to even go back and tell the off ! I’m so upset I never leave reviews but my god

This no my regular location to go, was passing by. Ordered through app. Food was ready when arrived. Ate inside the store, great friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Decent plate portions
