The location on Montgomery and Eubank they just do a great job of working with you if you have any dietary restrictions For example I do chicken and green bean without the onions and they'll drop a whole order I'll buy the whole order which is equal to four entrees so if you do it as a three entrep plate and a two entree plate even if just for one person you've got plenty of food for dinner that night and lunch or dinner the next day.

I seriously don’t know why I come here, it’s almost as if there’s no management ever on scene. There’s never any food and if it needs to get cooked they say it’s 10+ minutes, tonight they had a car parked in the drive thru to avoid orders. Nobody knew what they were doing, and after waiting for fresh rangoons, the employee insisted to dump them into the old batch and rangoons flew into multiple other dishes as he picked them out and placed them back to serve. Avoid this restaurant or you will get food poisoning and the worst service imaginable.

With not getting into to much detail, I came to this panda express on Montgomery Blvd. Yesterday evening, to put it into the nicest way possible, the food was just not what you pay $15.00 (plus Tax) fora entree for one person! But I voiced my concerns and issues I had with the food just now with the manager named Luis, he was not only respectful, understanding, kind, professional, courteous and beyond the excellent level of great focus on my issue I had the night before but he was super understanding and corrected the issue that was told to him immediately without and justified response or condescending attitude, thank you Luis for the better experiencenand making it right, I do feek like my artentuns wweebsb
My daughter and I ate at this panda on 12/22/23...after eating there and getting home I became very sick my stomach started talking some kind of foreign language...And then thanks to panda I was given a Colon cleansing and and began throwing up what ever was let in my body. I spent the majority of the night either cleaning out my colon or throwing up and sometimes both at the same time...which left me completely exhausted the next day ....needless to say we will NOT be returning to panda express because the only thing Express about it is how fast it comes out your body,,,

The younger looking kid in the drive thru was rude. Not a single word was said to me, except my total. Some of the staff seemed to be fooling around while there was 8-10 people in line inside and drive thru times where crazy high.
Prices keep going up but portions keep getting smaller. You can go to any Chinese place in the city and get literally twice the food for the same amount or even cheaper. They shrank the size of their plates and the food slots in those plates so they can give out even less food. The honey chicken breast and shrimp options are not even worth ordering as they'll give you max 4 pieces of shrimp in the smallest possible container they can same with the chicken. This company is a complete and utter rip off.

The map says this location opens at 9:30. So I drove into the drive-thru at 10am and a lady's voice asked if I wanted to try the black pepper steak. I went ahead and placed my order... and there was no response after that. A car pulled up behind me and that driver asked if the place was even open. I told him what had happened to me and then I drove up to the window. A person was working in the kitchen next to the window but he totally ignored me. Then I parked and walked up to the front of the building. A young woman in a Panda Express uniform walked out from the side and said they weren't open yet. I told her about my poor customer service experience (and the hours posted online) and she replied to me in a snide tone, "no they're not open, have a nice day." She walked to her car and left without bothering to apologize or offer to take my complaint. I'd question the quality of the food here since they seem to hate their customers.

Walked in for a to go order placed online. Stood there for 20 minutes as they refused to even put my plate together until after they took care of the in store and drive thru lines. Then, when they finally said they would put together my order, they put a to go order for someone who came in after me first. It literally would have been faster for me to stand in line and order when I got here. Never returning. I don't recommend as this was the worst customer service I've ever received at a Panda Express.

I was really excited when this Panda opened. I finally went inside. It's clean, it's comfortable and the staff is friendly. The food was hot. I got home and I opened my food and I had a giant piece of cabbage in my super greens. I had to wait for them so I got my drink and she brought me my food. I don't know why they think this piece of cabbage is ok for anyone! I was not happy with that.
