Showed up at 8:45 to order a family meal. Was told they had no more rice for the night. Requested to get two chowmang and two orange chicken and one sweet fire chicken breast. Waited for 20 minutes for chow mein. Was questioned if we paid but the lady who cashed us out was handing us our order. Got home to eat and we have no chow mein and nothing but orange chicken. We will never go to a westside location again

The manager mitzy was amazing but the workers were bugging to go on break when she was asking them for help and they left her all alone with a big line just to go eat . they need new workers besides her she was the best.

Went in there on my lunch break, aka, on a time crunch, stood there for about 5 minutes and all the employees did was stand there and stare at me instead of taking my order, this happened to my boyfriend about a week ago, he stood there 20 minutes and they would just go in the back and talk. Service here is terrible everytime i go in there

Panda Express used to be pretty good but now the food is always cold I went at 10:00 in the morning and the food was still cold I spent a lot of money and I know Panda Express can do better than what they doing the quality of food is not good anymore and you need to hire people with better customer service they are so rude at Panda Express I don't understand why the food is trash I know they can do better the food is always cold and sometimes old so please Panda Express do better hire a manager that cares

This has to be the worst location in the world slowest customer service ever their food pathetic no flavor you walk in there's steam table is empty you don't even get greeted this store needs new management and needs new employees
This group of people were not friendly or helpful. Food was cold asked for warm and was ignored. Staff was talking in Spanish laughing and giggling and not paying attention to service. Very disappointed because we visit Panda Express in Arizona quite often

Service was good but i spent over $45 and they were sooooo stingy with their teriyaki chicken. So so stingy. Today it was pre cut because they said they were short handed. I said cool, but when got home, I swear there was half less than when it wasn’t pre-cut when I go any other day. Usually they put like 1 1/2 chicken in our bowls and today, it was shameful!! Very disappointing!!! Do better manager!! Because it was you that put less chicken in my $45 order. Come on guy. It’s bad enough things are so expensive all over, and to have a multi-million dollar company being stingy? Come on. And why would you, the employee be so stingy? Not like you’re paying for it or not like because you give me a gram of chicken you’re saving the company!!!! I’ll never go back to this one again. I’ll go to 98th st. Where they treat us better with portions!!! Seriously!!!!
