Orange chicken was soggy Beijing beef was hard and stringy and tasted odd noodles also tasted weird the only good part of my plate was the rice I don’t know who’s making food there but it usually tastes pretty good but not this time🤮

Typically not a fan but I love the creme cheese wontons and the apple pie bites. Stopped in for a fundraiser event to pick up pre-ordered food. It wasn't ready yet and had multiple staff ask me if they could help me while I waited. Excellent staff and really kind individuals work there.

Dude put my food in a small bag & food did fit inn the bag ..so it leaked all over..
Food is very old and burned like it's been there all day. The taste also shows the time frame it was sitting under the heat lamps.

Ordered through app. Some menu items were not available to me. Friendly staff. Nice and clean restaurant. Food wasn’t quite right. The Chow Mein was luke warm and did not taste right. The Black Pepper steak meat was not of good quality meat.

What the hell is it with string bean chicken? This is the 2nd PE I've tried that has no string bean chicken. This one even went so far as to block it off their menu!

I wanted to make sure I ordered from here a minimum of three times before I leave a rating. Each time I ordered from this particular store. They always mess up the order. They either forget to put teriyaki sauce, or they put the wrong sides, or they send a completely different order. I don't know if it's because they have immigrants who aren't able to read English. Or they simply don't care. Either way they always get the order wrong.
