Worst Panda Express I’ve been to, the guy serving started serving our plates and the just walked away leaving us standing there and went to do something else. So my whole family just walked out the restaurant, very poor service this happened 4/13/24 at around 11:25am so check your cameras manager and see what your employees are doing

They were not friendly and made me feel as a customer I was an imposition on them and their time. That's not a good thing to do to customers when your business depends on their continued patronage

This is the worst Panda Express near my house. Whenever I go there's always something off. Recently they served three meals with burnt chow mein. We took these to go and didn't know until we got home. Today they are out of teriyaki chicken. Sitting in the waiting area it's not that busy before the dinner rush hour. You would think they would have plenty of food ready to go. The dining room smells like a wet mop bucket.

Poor service. I waited to order and the employees were talking together looking at a cell phone. On two times that I went again, one woman in the kitchen was chewing and doing preparation ( I imagine the drops that must jump to what she’s preparing.) I like the food but I won’t be back.

On January 5th, we ordered some food from this location, no utensils, no fortune cookies, I asked for soy sauce and didn't give us any. Am glad the donation is going somewhere good but they need to treat customers a little

Probably the best Panda Express location in Albuquerque as of lately!Food is always fresh, staff is friendly and efficient. Bathrooms and dining areas are clean and well kept.I hope they keep it up because I drive 20min out of my way just for this location.

For a panda express, this place is on point. The people working here are polite but direct. The food has always been hot and ready, especially as they'll make any dish fresh upon request.
I really enjoyed the Teryaki Chicken Bowl with Super Greens and Fried Rice. The chicken from this location wasn't as tasty as some of the other locations (a couple of the other locations cook the chicken so that there is a little bit of a crisp, which enhances the flavor IMO) but the portions were a little bit larger and they had plenty of Super Greens (I have noticed quite a few locations have been running out of the Super Greens). The two cahsiers were quiet but friendly. Overall, I liked and would come back again.

I stopped in on December 8th at 8:45pm. It was close to closing time so I figure I would get old food, and the place would be a mess however I experienced the opposite!! The food was fresh, well prepared and the restaurant was squeaky clean including the bathroom. I travel all over the country for work and have never been to any Panda Express as good as this one! Great Job closing crew!!
