I Place an order on the app, and I went to pick it up through the drive thru, the person at the window told me that the Beyond Orange chicken was going to take about 6 minutes or so because it wasn't ready and to pull forward and they will bring it out to me when it was ready. So I waited more than ten minutes and nobody come out with my order, I would just see car on the drive thru getting there orders and leaving , so I went inside and I told them that I had been waiting for my order, they didn't even know that I was waiting for my order the person at the window didn't let them know that he has me waiting for my order and didn't even apologize for having waiting for my order, that they just sitting there an on the counter.
I'm diffidently not coming back to this location; I really like panda but not this location. and they weren't even busy at all, there was no customers inside for them had me waiting on my order, and not even apologize for the inconvenience, they just hand me my order like nothing.

The food was absolutely delicious. I found it quite enjoyable to watch them cook in the back. It was fascinating to observe how they layered the cabbage with all the other ingredients. The food appeared to be very healthy, yet it still tasted amazing.

Ordered through the app so good would be ready when I got there. Waited 45 minutes after time it was expected to be ready because they served the people in line instead of making my order even after they knew I was waiting for it and it was late. Had I ordered at the counter, I would've been out 20 minutes earlier. When it was finally ready the order was incorrect. Food was already cold and an hour late by the time we could eat. We normally like Panda Express because the food and service is usually the same everywhere, but not at this location. Came here to support a local school fundraiser but won't be coming back. If you want Panda Express, find another location. If you want Chinese food, find another restaurant.

This is a great place for office meetings! Great delicious options and affordable for budgets. I order often from here for provider lunch meetings and they are always a big hit. The team at the location is great also!

Kid-friendliness: Great for meetings and even better for my kids! Great stop on way home from busy days and practices

For a Express business, I had to wait for over 1/2 hour and the served 10cars while I waited for my order.

Horrible service overall. Went through the drive-thru and ordered my family and me some food. Whoever was scheduled on the drive-thru(male) was extremely rude. Asked for beef and broccoli and only wanted to give me broccoli, no beef. He wanted to argue with me about getting beef with my broccoli. Ordered three drinks and neither of them was given to me. Ordered two orders of spring rolls and only received one in my bag. Customer service was absolutely terrible today! Will not be going back after this encounter. PANDA, PLEASE DO BETTER TRAINING WITH YOUR EMPLOYEES.

Don’t go here, went 2x this week. Both times they didn’t have food already ready, told me both times to pull forward and wait and both times they forgot my order and made me show the receipt cause they couldn’t find it. It’s not that hard to put food on a plate or already have food made it’s fast food. Shouldn’t take 20-30 min for Panda Express.

Worker was nice though and was sorry about it.

I was there June 5th and I ordered a bowl of the "firecracker" chicken with 1/2 lowmein and 1/2 fried rice. And a plate of "firecracker" chicken and teriyaki chicken with fried rice.

I waited in line for 65 minutes. During this time I was told to pull up and wait in a parking spot. I was greeted by staff twice, to tell me "your food will be out soon". The second time he at least offered to grab me a drink or something for free. I inquired for a powerade and some crab rangoons. He brought me the blue powerade, AND the crab rangoons. To just sit there and wait in my car with still no food. By the time of that interaction I was already waiting for 40+ minutes. So I waited another 25 minutes before going back through the line to just cancel my order, and ask for a refund. The man at the window only took my receipt not my debit card. Came back after another few minutes and told me "the refund should just go on there in a few days" and I asked "you don't need my debit card to run or anything?" And he said "nope".

Here's why I'm writing my review. You did NOT refund me. You have stolen $19.48 from me. It may not sound like a lot, but for someone who isn't a multi million dollar corporation it's a big deal. I never received my refund. I moved to Colorado on June 11th. I have been busy with my move/new job and have not noticed this neglegence until now. I will be calling my bank and disputing this charge.

I ordered the string bean chicken breast. It wasn’t chicken breast it was thighs! If you don’t like dark meat don’t order from this location. They apparently think we can’t tell the difference.
