Took a few days to settle some confusion I had over what I was charged but it all worked out with the manager's assistance. I always have soup, mainly chicken noodle, and it's always the same quality every time. Pretty crowded at lunchtime when I went but my order was promptly completed.

The employee who made my sandwich yesterday 2-14 morning made the best sandwich I’ve ever had at Panera! This was absolutely delicious and she was friendly as well. Wanted to give a shout out thanks for the great meal!

We came in for breakfast and were pretty surprised by the amount of options. The food was good and the restaurant was nice and quiet. The manager was very friendly and helpful

First time in a Panera Bread in years, the staff was very kind. I think the cashier was new but did a great job. Have been craving the cinnamon crunch bagels for weeks and now get to enjoy them. Great job Panera :)
