We came in right away we were greeted by Alex. He was amazing, friendly and funny. We had an issue with the sandwich being made wrong he ordered one stat. We had it within two minutes and also a cookie for the inconvenience. Great Customer service 10 out of 10.

We enjoyed our experience at this Panera today. I appreciated the manager made his rounds to check on customers. The black bean soup and the chili were delicious.

The manager was working the register and took our order. He was super nice! The food was delicious and plentiful! Very clean and quiet place to have a nice lunch!

Generally I like this place. The people are friendly and the food is usually good. But it is overpriced and today I had to pick the avocado off my sandwich because it was brown. Not brown from sitting out, brown because it was obviously turned. Idk why whoever was cooking thought using that avocado was okay. Maybe they thought I wouldn't notice because it was on a sandwich? Idk, but it was really disappointing. Also sometimes when I go in the dining room seemed pretty dirty.

Nikki was so sweet, really helpful and respectful. She made the place really welcoming. However her manager (I’m assuming) blonde, and talk. She was really bitchy and was yelling at staff. That was unethical.

I ate there for the second time on Saturday. We had the Italiano sandwich and Greek salad. We were almost the only customers there, so our food came to us lickety split. The hubby's sandwich was nice and toasty the way he likes it and my half was untoasted as requested, and delicious. The Greek salad was beautiful and VERY tasty. The dining area was clean, the soda fountain was well stocked and clean, and the young lady who took our order was friendly and attentive. I have no doubt we will be eating here again in the not too distant future.
