I placed an online order this evening to be picked up at 6:30 pm. When I went through the drive-thru I was told to pull forward then sat and waited for 15 minutes with no one coming to the window. I had to honk my horn and knock on the glass to get someone's attention. Then there was confusion as to what I was doing there. Very poor service this evening.

My wife at work ordered soup and it came with a 2 ft long black hair on top of the soup after taking the lid off. Either hair nets or not being used or people are not checking product before packaging it. Very gross and will not order from this location again

These idiots messed up my simple order (pick 2, BBQ sandwich and cheddar broccoli soup). I had to repeat my order multiple times, like it just wasn’t getting into my cashiers head. Even after repeating it, they still screw it up.

I had an issue with my rewards on my app and needed to make a change. The rep at the location was so helpful and accommodating! She was great.
I got the steak wake and there was sooo much meat on that sandwich. I thought it was pricey. When I looked it up, it looked tiny. It's not. It's packed and condensed. It was tasty too.
Delivery was fast.

The worst experience at a Panera Bread in 5 years. Ordering was a chore from a representative who was untrained and uncaring. We ate on the nice patio - - the salad was flat and pithy, no dressing provided. Chicken was tasteless - all around disappointment.

Sandwich was a heel and burned on one side while undercooked on the other side, and it appeared to be reheated in a microwave. I am canceling my sip membership because the quality of the food at Panera has gone downhill.
