Sandwich was ok. Nothing special. Soup was ok too. Staff are kids that like to hang out with their friends in the dining room. No manager in sight.

Not a good Panera, missing items and rotten lettuce in my salad.

Our favorite Panera location. They offer good food and drinks, as well as positive customer service. As a sip club member we visit a lot of Panera’s and in our opinion this is the best one (we visit) in Albuquerque!

Their soups are hearty and soul-warming.
Their signature sauce really sets their food apart.
This is a great Panera
I went to the drive up for a tomato basil soup and a grilled cheese. I live just past western trail. My wifes sandwich was never grilled as the cheese wast even melted or th toast, toasted. One of the slices was the heel. Thats the second sanwich that she ordered from there thats way below par. Very disappointing that you supposed to be a real quality specialty food shop. That sandwich didnt even deserve the 2 stars i gave it.

The food was good and healthy options available. Essentially self service, and we don't like kiosk or scan and order dining, but it's available if you do. We haven't eaten at a Panera in years but were pleasantly surprised that it was better than our last experience. Clean location with hard working staff. This is appreciated!

Panera Bread is always a good choice for a light meal. This location on 528 near Coors Rd. Is convenient. On this visit, the rest rooms were surprisingly filthy. I needed to clean the table top as well. The staff was accommodating and even though it was lunchtime and they were so busy.

Ordered an Asian chicken salad like I always do, they did not inform me that they didn't have Romain lettuce they had mixed greens which were cut way to big it was a terrible visit.
I guess it was too much to ask of the girl in the drive-through this morning to thank me for my order. It was kind of weird. They have a lot of competition that does thank you. Also, it was a while ago, but I had a grilled cheese there recently And it was barely browned Which detracted from the flavor

I came into Panera 7:45 A.M on 7/15/25 I noticed there was absolutely no product displayed. I thought ok perhaps for whatever reason they just didn’t put anything out yet. So I stood at the counter, called out 3 times hello for help and no answer. I could hear sounds coming from the back but never a response. Unfortunately it seems that Panera is really going down hill. One things for certain that was my very last trip to Panera.
If you love waiting in the drive through for over 10minutes without so much as a ‘hello, I’ll be with you shortly’ then this is the place for you. Stay in the drive through looking dumb wondering if they’re open. Even when the place is empty or there aren’t that many cars waiting, you’ll still be waiting 20 minutes for a bowl of soup. And wrong orders seem to be the norm no matter how simple or small it is.

They really know how to do customer service. I had a small issue and they comped my who order. The food is always fresh and flavorful. I'm picky and my Mac and cheese and theirs is my all time restaurant favorite.
