Panera is definitely in need of a renovation. Everything is the same as 20 years ago just less quality.

Love the food and it's always good and fresh, sometimes not prepped the same but I still have no complaints, ask for the atmosphere all these restaurants or fast food places are built like a box.

Today May 9th at 2:15 pm, I went to the drive thru to pick up a Togo order. The gentleman at the speaker asked what name the order was under to which we replied Sarah. He then retorts saaaaaarrraaahhhh as if he has never heard the most common name on earth. We say yes. He stated I don't have a drive thru order under sarrraaah. If you placed a rapid pick I'll go check so you can come inside and get it. We were trapped in line so we just ramped over the margin and just left, we didn't wait for him to come back to the speaker. Sorry for my stupidity, I suppose in my haste I didn't realize which distinction I made in the app. Please have your employees glean an air of grace. My goodness. That was the most awkward conversation I've ever had in a drive thru, being scolded for a simple error was an interesting hill to die on.

Delicious bread and pastry. Never had a disappointing entree item. Self serve unlimited beverages, quick kitchen and friendly staff make this an enjoyable experience.

The delivery from door dash well was one star. Only got half the order and driver said that is all they gave him. Grinch dip was tasteless and could taste it was frozen. Gross 🤮 taste. Will not ever order from this location again. Good luck in the future.
Nothing more shameful than opaque pricing schemes. Disgraceful.

I typically like the food but it seems something frequently gets forgotten at this location. Today it was my baguette roll....last time the chicken in my salad, another time was utensils. I keep realizing when it's too late. I guess I need to check my bag more thoroughly but I wish they would just get it right. Also....I used to get the frontega chicken sandwich but I don't anymore because it doesn't get toasted enough. Used to be perfect and melty. Lately it's meh.
***Update: 4 years later and still "meh". I love Panera when it's right but this location makes a lot of mistakes. Just yesterday my French onion soup came with no toppings and my daughter's tuna salad barely had tuna in it. Glad to have the Asian chicken salad back though. I try to check the bag before leaving but it's hard to check every detail in the car. Wish I could trust they would get it right.
