“First off, let me just state that I don’t like eating pizza UNLESS it’s papa johns pizza.

That being said… I haven’t had papa johns since about 6 months ago, I like to consider it my cheat meal for myself once in a blue moon 😅 Tonight on November 2nd, 2025 I placed an order to pick up, and pay in cash (Love this feature by the way)
As I arrived, the place was clean, and was instantly greeted by a kind gentleman who said he upgraded my pizza order to a large with no charge! I then asked for extra garlic sauce and he hooked me up with that as well! (Usually it’s about a $1 or more for extra sauce) My order was still hot, and nicely prepared.

I know papa johns gets a bad rep sometimes, but coming from someone who doesn’t enjoy pizza as most americans do, I will always stay loyal to papa johns ❤️“

“I was going to give a 1 star review because of a problem with a delivery order that was screwed up but the in-store staff provided exceptional Customer Service! KUDOS to Yasmine! She was phenomenal! And a big thank you to Jared for remaking the pizza and breadsticks! I was a GM for Papa Johns in the late 90’s and I would hire either one of these stelar employees to be a manager in a heartbeat! Especially because I walked in like a jerk face…I’m really sorry
