My very worst experience with Papa Johns. I never got my pizza delivered from a door dasher that more than likely kept my pizza. Said they delivered it to me.. but I never received it. Call the store. Manager answers. I know it was the manager because she manager speaking after saying papa johns. Then she hands the phone to somebody else. Didn't care to handle the situation as a manager should. So I will never visit this lication and wouldn't ever recommend this store again. An will tell friends an family not order from this Papa johns again. Not sure what happened to papa johns. Pretty sad though.

I don't know why I keep trying, stuck in my mind is the 1 and only time I got a truly good pizza from Papa Johns on central and every pizza has been a disappointment. From now on, when I think about trying a Papa Johns pizza, I'm going to tell myself a Red Baron frozen pizza would be a better choice!

The absolute worst food ever. Not even the worst pizza but the worst food ever. It has to be just this location. We have always enjoyed food from other locations. Even in different states. This was the sorriest excuse for a pizza ever. It was under cooked with no toppings. It had to be made by a drug addict. There's no way a regular person made this pizza. The owner needs to check in on their business because someone is making them look horrible. Never ever again and I'm telling everyone I know.

If there was a 0 star rate I would rate 0, the staff is rude and ignorant they charge the order, claim for the card not to work properly but keep the money for 3 to 5 business days and say they are to busy to give me information when I wanted to pay cash after they said my card didnt work but I could see the charge on my bank statement

Genuinely hurts me to do this because I love the food here when they make it right. They have been so rude to me unprovoked and my final straw was when they sent me an empty box without the food I ordered. It was clearly on purpose. delivered to my address by door dash because they never have drivers. I don’t understand who hurt these employees for them to treat people like this. They lack basic customer service skills. I always had to reach across the counter after paying for my order as for some reason they never hand it to me and my husband said they were the same way with him. He said he asked them if they could please slide it over and they told him “you coulda grabbed it” which granted he could but not everyone can which is a point he made to them. Doesn’t seem like they have delivery drivers because it’s always delivered by door dash. I’m ordering from papa John’s not door dash. Their attitudes here is wild. This location is wild. If you really want to make it right prove it. Because I have not eaten at papa johns since this has happened back in September and I have spent lots of money with Pizza Hut and dominoes since they treat me right! It’s been 3 months since I have eaten here and I used to order so often. It’s the only one close to me so I can’t go to another one. This is the order they didn’t deliver half of. They delivered empty boxes. And no it was never made right. I’ve been ordering from this location for almost 2 years and this is how they always operate after not getting my food I’m DONE.

I didn’t expect much from the low quality pizza but I did expect the order to be hot and correct. It was cold when we picked it and we were 5mins early. I ordered double pepperoni and 2 garlic sauce. I didn’t receive either but I paid for it. Seriously!!! You have one Job!!!

While a real hole in the wall that looks a little intimidating papa johns always delivers some good pizza, this on near campus is perfect for students tired of the SUB. Wont do you wrong, plus if you do carryout the people inside are super cool and will treat you well.
Not to mention they had free candy out for Halloween!

Parking: Central is rough to park on, suggest you park nearby and walk
Wheelchair accessibility: The safety gate out front could make it difficult for wheelchair users

I've ordered from a lot of Papa Johns and this one is the worst. I've ordered twice (weekend late-night) and the crust is paper thin, toppings and cheese are super sparse. Last time, I paid for 4 toppings and there were still patches with no toppings or even cheese. And stomach pain afterward leads me to believe the dough was old.

UPDATE: Per their response I sent email to them but they don’t even bother to respond. I highly recommend not ordering from this place. The 2 times I’ve ordered online, I show up to pick it up and I’m told I have to wait an hour. I understand that they get busy but who waits an hour for pizza?
