I placed an order thinking it was for delivery. When the order was ready it was actually for pickup. I called the store and spoke with Janelle, who tried to change it to delivery in the system but it wouldn’t let her. Janelle offered to keep the food warm and deliver it to me after she got off of work. She was very busy with other deliveries and still ended up delivering my pizza very late at night. I appreciate Janelle’s kindness, willingness, and customer service as I was not able to pick up the order myself. Best experience ever!

We haven't ate a Papa John's pizza in years. The XL New York pizza for $11 bucks brought us back. We ordered online and everything went smooth. The lady working tonight by herself did a great job.
