I would like to know where the pepperoni is on the green chili pizza????? This is the worst they have done so far! Not happy at all! They don’t even look like large pizzas either!

Pizza is over an hour late. I've been calling and calling and calling. The store can't even do the simplest job imaginable. Answer the phone. Can't even cancel the order. ANSWER THE PHONE.

I was going to give a 1 star review because of a problem with a delivery order that was screwed up but the in-store staff provided exceptional Customer Service! KUDOS to Yasmine! She was phenomenal! And a big thank you to Jared for remaking the pizza and breadsticks! I was a GM for Papa Johns in the late 90’s and I would hire either one of these stelar employees to be a manager in a heartbeat! Especially because I walked in like a jerk face…I’m really sorry

The service of the Tramway Papa John's has seriously gone downhill in the last 6 months. I used to order from here regularly. But then they started outsourcing delivery to Doordash, whose drivers typically ignore the instruction to hand off the food directly instead of using contactless delivery. (The floor outside my door is covered in pigeon poop because the apartment complex does no cleaning of the area, so I don't want a pizza box left on the stoop.) When I called to complain about the Doordash drivers failing this way, the restaurant hung up on me, then later told me they'd give me a partial refund, but did not. I tried contacting Papa John's headquarters as well and got no response. So it's been about 4 months since I ordered from here, and when I decide to give them another chance, they mess up my order. I'm done. I like the pizza, but this store can go screw itself.

If I could give them a negative score I would. The employees are so rude and not helpful at all. I call to place an order and the lady was so rude and sounded like I was inconveniencing her. Also they are so skimpy with toppings.
I ordered a pepperoni and pineapple pizza, excited to enjoy the sweet and savory combination that I love. However, when it arrived, I was shocked to find only 10 tiny pieces of pineapple scattered across the pizza. While I don't want to be overly dramatic, I felt incredibly let down by this. The lack of toppings made the whole experience underwhelming, and I can't shake the disappointment I felt.
Moving forward, I think I'll explore other pizza places that might offer a more satisfying experience—this just wasn't worth the money I spent. It's important to note that there were no additional pieces of pineapple under the cheese. Instead, the pizza had minimal sauce, a bit of pepperoni, the 10 pieces of pineapple, and an excessive amount of cheese on top. Personally, I feel like there is too much crust as well.
