Very bad experience! We ordered a pizza for pickup but got the wrong pizza. I tried calling but I was put on hold and stayed on hold through the whole drive back to the location. It ended up being about 15 minutes or so on hold (they never answered). The lady (dyed red hair) that helped me when I got there was very unapologetic, and rude. She even made it sound like it was my fault that I was on hold for so long. There is a lot more to this story but, let's face it, im sure they don't really care about what I have to say anyways. I am very upset and will never go back im sticking with Domino's from now on.

What a bummer of an experience. I walked into Papa John’s expecting a quick pickup and instead got a frustrating mess from start to finish. I gave my name and was immediately handed an order that was clearly not mine — you could tell just by looking at the boxes. When I pointed this out, the employee responded with an unnecessary and dismissive attitude, acting like I was the problem for questioning it.
After some back-and-forth, they finally found the correct order. When I opened it up, I noticed that I had paid extra for banana peppers, which were missing. I mentioned this, and instead of checking or fixing it, the same employee insisted they were there when they clearly were not. At that point, so much time had already been wasted and it was obvious they weren’t interested in helping, so I just left.
To make matters worse, the pizza was cold — even though I arrived early for pickup. Overall, poor service, poor attitude, and poor quality. Definitely not the experience you expect, and a huge disappointment.

Very expensive pizza for poor quality. The vegetarian with no cheese tasted like nothing but onions. I could see the pineapple, but I could not taste them. Ingredients were sparse. The pepperoni pizza tasted like salt.
A tip was added to the bill, which I did not add. I was surprised after I placed the order that there was no instructions on adding a tip. It was added automatically, or I was manipulated into agreeing to it. There is a $6.41 tip that I did not authorize on top of the delivery fee of $4.99. All included, it was nearly $60.00 for 2 large (small) pizzas. Papa Johns did not deliver this pizza. Doordash delivered it.
They were nice enough to include the exact amount of discounts I received on the receipt.
