I was going to give a 1 star review because of a problem with a delivery order that was screwed up but the in-store staff provided exceptional Customer Service! KUDOS to Yasmine! She was phenomenal! And a big thank you to Jared for remaking the pizza and breadsticks! I was a GM for Papa Johns in the late 90’s and I would hire either one of these stelar employees to be a manager in a heartbeat! Especially because I walked in like a jerk face…I’m really sorry

Ordered for delivery. They forgot my drink. Called up to ask for a drink and they said they apologize and would get us one right away. Waited another 45mins-60nins and still no drink. Called back up and was put on hold for 17mins. Hung up. Still don't have the drink. Lost $3.25 I know it's not much and I understand that thing happen. But really? Pizza was good though.

UPDATE: I got a refund on the drink!

This place always treats my family very well, from the phone call on down to the delivery, Everything is always nice and hot and the delivery personnel are always sweet to us..Thank you guys
