Papa Johns Pizza

I ordered a delivery order and there wasn't hardly any food in both Papa Bowls. The manager(a woman) told me that the Papa Bowls are supposed to be very small portions as in a snack. She also said that since the start of the Papa Bowls, the cooks were putting too much food in them so they a had to adjust them.

Pathetic food,service and a waste of time and money ate one piece threw the rest away, a pizza made from a so called manager if these are the standards your putting out there and training your staff to put out and not willing to fix or remake a pizza that was not satisfied to standard Is sad tried to give back this pizza to make it right and argued with me that it was made the way it was ordered. Wasn't trying to get a free pizza just make it right but refused. Sure it don't matter to the company but would never order or recommend from this location again.

First off, let me just state that I don’t like eating pizza UNLESS it’s papa johns pizza.

That being said… I haven’t had papa johns since about 6 months ago, I like to consider it my cheat meal for myself once in a blue moon 😅 Tonight on November 2nd, 2025 I placed an order to pick up, and pay in cash (Love this feature by the way)
As I arrived, the place was clean, and was instantly greeted by a kind gentleman who said he upgraded my pizza order to a large with no charge! I then asked for extra garlic sauce and he hooked me up with that as well! (Usually it’s about a $1 or more for extra sauce) My order was still hot, and nicely prepared.

I know papa johns gets a bad rep sometimes, but coming from someone who doesn’t enjoy pizza as most americans do, I will always stay loyal to papa johns ❤️

Great, they were fast and accurate!

The call center that takes orders for papa John's?? That's completely ridiculous I was transferred to someone else after I made my order and didn't even get the time for when my order would be ready or was sent by email ...I would've rather had 1 phone with an actual person and told price and timing in the same call definitely a thumbs down 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I ordered the cheddar crust pizza but received a regular crust pizza instead. I did not realize the mistake until I was already home. Pretty disappointed considering the crust up-charge. Food was good otherwise.

We LOVE PaPa John's!!

Don't really like there pizza, the Alfredo sauce is okay. But the regular sauce is to sweet and the don't cook or cut their pizza's well. That's what aggravates me. Pizzas are way to expensive nowadays.

Best pizza I ever had although just a warning the wait is a little longer, but if you order online with the app it will let you know when the pizza is ready

Short handed waited 20 min after my food was to be ready. Absolutely horrible service. This location needs to bite the cost of doing business
