store closed at 7:30 ?? i thought they closed at 8 when i came to order a quick pizza for dinner the door was locked and lights were off ?
Bought the jack-o-lantern pizzas for a Halloween party and they came out so good best pizza u put in a oven.
Wolfgang, did an awesome job! He was patient with me because it was my very first time ordering ever at Murphy's. He made me feel welcomed and it's nice not to be rushed and someone who cares for his customers! I will be going back and look forward to his wonderful customer service! Keep up the good job, people do notice! Oh and my PIZZA WAS GREAT, YOU ALL MUST TRY!

Extremely slow worker in the evenings! I went to get one pizza and and she took a very long time to make it. What made it worse is she stopped in the middle of making it to take someone else's order. You should finish with one customer before moving on to another!

On Sept. 13th 2025 I made a call to the Carlisle location to place an order for my family and the manager Will had an irritated attitude like he didn't want to be on the phone taking my order. I placed my order and told him I would be there in 30-40min. I called back 2min later to change one of the pizzas my husband wanted something different. When my husband got on the phone to change it, Will continued to be disrespectful and say oh my God and other stuff like he wanted us to hear him. As a GM I understand that it is hard to be short staffed when it's busy. But it's your job to make our experience better than what was given. When we arrived at the store and requested a manager and spoke our concerns to him, he was nonchalant and a care free attitude like he didn't care with a fake apology. Papa Murphy's needs to have a discussion and retraining for their managers if they can't act according with customers.

Why would you hire someone that wears blacked out sunglasses, mask, and a hat to literally be the person we walk into to take an order AT NIGHT, it was awkward/uncomfortable. She was more worried about covering her face instead of getting our order right. This is either a highering management issue or a lack of care who’s running the front. Won’t be coming back did, not feel welcomed , and the highering manager needs to be fired.
Every time I’ve come here the guy working here is incredibly friendly and nice. Today he even helped an elder lady carry her pizzas to her car. He is what every other food place needs. Genuine kind person.
