Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen

I just ordered $107 worth of food. The catfish is flavorless, I asked for no blue cheese and they put it on my salad anyway and didn't give me any salad dressing. $107? It's a small inconvenience but Read the order and put some seasoning on the fish. The manager said I have to contact doordash? Who made the salad and forgot the salad dressing?. The salad was $20 bucks.I even offered to bring the salad back(untouched). The manager said that wasn't an option either. Wth?

Great place! First time here. Won't be the last time. It was perfect for the wife and I. Great evening for us. We just bought a new motorcycle and went to celebrate with dinner. Thanks for the great food!!

We got placed near the bathroom door. A lot of foot traffic and the smell wasn't very pleasant. Only got like 1 refill in the 2 hours that we were there. The appetizers, spinach dip and gator, salad were good! The platter was just greasy and everything kinda tasted the same. The waitress was busy so it's understandable but you could probably save a few hundred dollars going to long John silvers or other cheaper seafood establishments. I reluctantly write this as I had high hopes. Screaming kids also didn't make the experience any better.

The host was curt and dismissive. She told me that it would be 30 minutes for a table. She forgot about me and after waiting for 50 minutes for a table, I asked for an estimate of how much longer I had to wait, THEN she immediately found a table. Total time waiting for the table was over 60 minutes. No apologies offered.

The manager kept milling around, giving everyone an accusatory look. She never smiled nor asked how my service/food had been. She did not thank me for visiting the restaurant.

Our server was a bit stand-offish but warmed up a bit when it was time to pay the bill.

The food was great.

I won't be returning for a long while. Hopefully the restaurant will improve.

First time here! Will not be the last! Great place to eat. The whole vibe from the atmosphere to the service and price. Everything was great! The wife and I enjoyed the whole evening. Thank you very much!!!

Reliably the same each visit. I sit at the bar for Happy Hour. Post-pandemic, the Happy Hour isn't nearly as good as it has been.
Very, very expensive drinks and food.
The bartenders and service at the bar is great.

Great experience today in Pappadeaux.

We tried the gator bites. First time for us and it was great.

We had some fish and crab after. Perfectly cooked, fresh products, great taste.

The sweet potato and pecan pie was the cherry on the cake.

We would like to mention the incredible service we had from Lucas. Such a lovely guy who took the time to explain all the menu and provided great recommandations.

Grateful for our experience.

Delicious but very pricey.
Try the stuffed shrimp-OMG!!!

Waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for our food. Saw multiple tables get seated, served, and leave before we even got to eat. Not sure if they forgot about us but we were there for two hours total. Food tasted great but service tonight was lacking.

Ordered food, and when it came out was told they did not have one of the ingredients to the salad(feta cheese) so one person at a table of 5 that spent $500 before the tip still (100 not server's fault) was very disappointed. Manger came over and said he heard that the meal didn't come out as expected, when told why he said yes I just heard that we were out of it. He knew what was wrong with the order and tried to play it of. Kitchen staff doesn't communicate with the wait staff and apparently the manger has not set the standard that he is notified when they run out of something. He had to find out from us saying something.
