I'd like to say I could enjoy the atmosphere and the food but I was so close the bathroom that the smell of the cleaning agents just masked everything. My waitress was a professional though. She was 10/10

Today was not their best. Server was not their best. I love going here because you usually get outstanding service. I was told they would not fry their shrimp in flour. They use to. I've been eating at Papadeaux since the 80s in Houston and 2001 in Albuquerque.

Spent Mardi Gras lunch, and everything was perfect! Had my go-to blackened half chicken (on the menu its grilled half, but I always request blackened) and as always, regardless of where in the country I've had it, it was amazing. Subbed dirty rice which was really good, and the garlic bread which had great flavor and a touch of spice! Other things I've had are the Gator (I ask for it blackened), the blackened redfish, andouillie and seafood gumbo, and the BBQ shrimp, and all have been amazing! Can't recommend this place enough!

Wow, where do I start my Wife, son and I drove all the way from Santa Fe because we were visiting from Colorado due to a business trip with my colleagues and seen that this establishment looked very tasty. We called before coming and asked if it was busy or booked the person stated no. Upon arrival it did not look busy what so ever empty tables EVERYWHERE . She then proceeded with there is a wait. We asked how long the wait was she took about 3 min to respond after she kept looking up and down at us. If you’re staring at a tablet with a seating chart it shouldn’t take that long. Felt very judged the situation was very unacceptable luckily there are multiple restaurants around the area that we were able to enjoy dinner at. I will definitely be telling my entire team about this situation. Sad thing was we had planned to come on Wednesday, thank goodness I came before bringing more business to this rude establishment.

Great food and awesome service. Certainly not cheap but that's as close as you are going to get to Louisiana food without actually going there. I'll be back eventually when I crave some of that good old New Orleans food.

Always a pleasure sit down at one of my favorite seafood restaurants in New Mexico! This Sunday brought my mother in law to escape the monotony of Santa Fe dining. Never disappoints!

We had a reservation for 18 people and the table before us decided to camp there 😆 The manager Roxy accommodated us with a smile on her face most genuine kindness and professionalism we have ever seen in an individual! She put together tables to fit the entire party. The food was amazing, quick service! Our waiter Patrick was spectacular, took our orders promptly, checked on us throughout our meal, our water cups were never empty! Thank you all for making both my son’s birthdays special! We will definitely be back!

We had to stop for a meal, since we do not have a Pappadeaux in El Paso. This place did not disappoint, everything was delish 😋 including our drinks! I always enjoy their salmon with Alexander sauce (prefer mahi mahi but they haven't had this in a awhile) and a peachy sidecar. Staff was great!!

I just ordered $107 worth of food. The catfish is flavorless, I asked for no blue cheese and they put it on my salad anyway and didn't give me any salad dressing. $107? It's a small inconvenience but Read the order and put some seasoning on the fish. The manager said I have to contact doordash? Who made the salad and forgot the salad dressing?. The salad was $20 bucks.I even offered to bring the salad back(untouched). The manager said that wasn't an option either. Wth?
