This place is way to loud and way to expensive for the food and service. That charge 5 star but the food is about a 3 star. I had a take out last week and the bread was hard on one end and the other end had a chunk torn out of it. It might be the location here in Albuquerque but I'll definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

Zech, our waiter, made the whole experience a great one. Even helped us trick our kids into thinking they were eating chicken, when it was gator. Food was great, portions were generous and the guys was on it. I had the Crawfish Etoufee and my wife had the Pasta Mardi Gras. Kids had fried shrimp, butter pasta, and dessert. Only recommendation is to cook the pasta a little longer for the kids. Definitely will be back.

My date took me here for my birthday last August and she was excited due to the fact I’m from Houston Tx where Pappadeaux’s reigns supreme, I actually feel sorry for the people here that think this top tier Pappadeaux’s. This place doesn’t even come close to how the food is supposed to hit your flavor pallets. Drinks are still fire and worth it.

My wife and I are from El Paso and decided to have dinner here before heading back tomorrow. The food was delicious and the server extremely friendly. We moved to El Paso from Colorado Springs in 2019. We went to Denver and tried Pappadeaux there, but this is much better.

I used to work here; so, I know what the food tastes like. My husband and I are here for the first time in years, and we were wildly disappointed. I got the filet mignon and the sauce was so burnt it tasted like it was basted in cigarettes. My husband's side was clearly microwaved and not microwaved for nearly long enough. It was clumped together in a long straight line. My baked potato, his sea bass, and our alligator appetizer was amazing like usual. We let our waiter, Roger, know everything. We were offered a free dessert to take home. I'm guessing this was because we said we'd just take it home to our teenage boys who will eat anything. No visit from any manager. I know we can't be the only ones to complain about the food tonight. I'm guessing the same executive chef they had when I worked there is no longer working there. So sad....

Thanks Franchesca you are a superb waitress. We are they're this past weekend and we appreciate so much all the attention to detail from when we came in to when we left. Outstanding quality food served to perfection. Not many people really know how to serve and be a truly genuine person that have the appreciation for this business.

Disappointed they no longer carry the crab cakes we went specifically for them and then were told no longer on menu so we left
