Instructed person in charge to correct mislabeled food. Equipment not maintained in good repair. Instructed person in charge to repair or replace components. Thought it was a bit dicey last time I was in here, and the journal confirmed it for me by reporting on the red tagging of this place. Not just once, but three times. It’s gross mismanagement and I will never go again, you probably shouldn’t either.

Full disclosure I have not tried this place but after reading the news and discovering that they just failed their third health inspection in as many months for a major rodent infestation with rat traps near exposed dough, and dropping discovered on nearly everything, I don’t suspect I will attempt it. I really don’t want the hantavirus.

Classic bakery shop here in ABQ. I stopped by for a cake for my mom's birthday the other day and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Not too many places left that you can walk in and get freshly baked goodies. Thanks Pastian's!
If I could give them no stars that is what I would do. We ordered 5 dozen cookies and 6 dozen cupcakes and they made every excuse why it wasn't done. This was a very important day. My mother passed and we were having her memorial today. We ordered a special design on them and like I said they made excuses that they didn't have our number when it was on the order form. We will never use them again. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!

Bought two cakes. A German Chocolate and Chocolate and Vanilla cake. Both were extremely dry and tasteless. These were for Birthdays and I was embarrassed to have served them.
