I remember when this place was the last stop before you headed home. Now it's just sad to go into. The food swimming in the sauce them cook with and can't taste the other ingredients.

Tried this place out and the food was great! I got the chicken avocado protein bowl. It was delicious!

The customer service was terrible the dude who waited on me by the name of Manny was not very nice, he asked me what my name was and I replied and he miss spelled wrong and he said he didn’t care and shrugged his shoulders. I said had never been there he didn’t make it very friendly tor order!

The cook had the same attitude, hopefully it will be better next time if that!

I sometimes order the Kung Pao shrimp here. Sometimes it is good and sometimes it’s terrible. Supposed to come with snow peas and carrots but if they run out of vegetables they don’t bother to inform you- which think is rude. I got three snow peas. I have complained before but they don’t care. Very disappointing and inconsistent

I mostly order from Uber Eats when I get Pei Wei. I order tofu dishes, the vegetarian spring rolls and edamame. The last order was incredible. Some in the past have been just so-so. I actually took a break for a few months after one of the mediocre orders, which were small and lacked flavor. This last order though gave a huge amount of food. I ordered extra veggies, but aside from that there seemed to be more rice as well. The flavors were delicious and I got two meals out of each serving. The four stars is due to the inconsistency and the fact that the prices to order online are a bit higher than in person. I love that I can call them after I place my online order to let them know I don’t need any plastic utensils. I also order extra fortune cookies, so for that, I forgive the slightly higher prices. I wish Uber Eats would put a note section or ask if you need plastic and check boxes for what sauces you want, but as far as I a find, that is not in their online experience.

Ordered delivery, initially was missing 1 of the entrees and insted received two orders of the Thai Donuts, but Roger was awesome and made it right by replacing it on the next pick-up order. Which they did follow through with.

Service was great! Friendly staff and helpful. I used to eat at this location years ago and it was always good so I decided to give it a try. I couldn’t eat the food. We ordered the Kung Pao chicken with fried rice. It was so salty and had a weird taste. I’m not sure if it was overly salted or loaded with MSG but it made me nauseous. The sugar snap peas had a weird taste as if it had Clorox on it. The eggrolls were good but the spring rolls were also overly salty/MSG flavor. We spent over $50 for two entrees, spring rolls and eggrolls. It was a waste of money and we won’t be back. Disappointing because it used to be so good.

Staff is always nice and friendly, and the food is great, and super quick!!! I enjoy going bc it feels like you’re going to a restaurant but it’s still casual so with kids it’s the best of both worlds!!
