I ordered DoorDash spent over 50.00 request on one order that soy sauce put on side. Received my order my meal had soy sauce on it. No napkins, no soy sauce no utensils and no fortune cookies. Called the store to tell them gentlemen told me there was nothing he could do. Not a good answer I’m a retail manager and I would not expect that of my employees.I expect the same service as when I order in or out.

The online system wouldn’t let me order. So I called and Manny took my order and told me that yeah that happens occasionally never hesitate to call to place an order. I thought that was nice assurance.. When I picked up my order just so happened Manny was the guy giving it to me and he was very nice and professional overall a good experience.
Manny was very enthusiastic and urgent. A great trait to have when dealing with customers in food service. One of the best employees I've seen in quite some time!!
