Placed an order to go and when I arrived they said no order had been placed. I have ordered several to go orders in the past and something always goes wrong. This is the final time. Incredibly awful service.

Always happy when I leave here. Just went for our 21st anniversary and had Tara as our server. She was phenomenal and made our already pleasant experience even better.
Ate all our food before I remembered photos at all. We had the prime rib and it was as reliably fantastic as always.

The food and the wait staff were amazing and the atmosphere was very pleasant. My family went in to celebrate my mother's birthday and we had an overall great experience. The one downside to the evening was our arrival. I arrived a few minutes early at 5 til opening with a couple balloons and some things I wanted to put at the table. Having worked in the restaurant industry before I knew this should not be a problem. However, when I arrived I witnessed a major disconnect between the team. When I asked the hostesses if I could simply put the stuff for my mother at the table we were supposed to sit at, they said no because there was a meeting going on between the managers and wait staff. Completely understand the pre game meetings, however I was appalled that the hostesses couldn't even put the things at the table for me or even ask be bothered to go ask the manager if they or I could simply and quickly just lay stuff on the table for the surprise. This SHOULD NOT have been an issue and would have ment so much to me. Ultimately it did not negatively impact the evening or anything, just disappointing that it seems the hostesses are too afraid of the managers or there seems to be a disconnect between their team. Being able to set up the table for the surprise, which should have been a very easy thing to do, would have been the best thing a service industry business could do to accomidate it's customers and would have made it a 5 star review.

We went because we received a gift card for dinner. The food was good: great sirloin cooked perfectly medium rare. The shrimp and fish and chips were standard fare. The dinner salad was fresh, great variety of greens, and a really good dressing. I was impressed with the full wait staff and their teamwork on a Tuesday night. The atmosphere was a blend of 80's yacht rock, dark wooden paneling , and some modern upgrades; but not the defining factor. Overall, a good meal, but a little too pricey for the experience.

Everything was good, steak was good, potato was good etc. But the oysters were NOT fresh and every other one tasted off. Luckily I didn't get sick from the 1 nasty one I accidentally ate but other than that, awesome! Was pretty busy in there, even with a reservation we waited and our server was always extremely busy. She still made time to visit us and made sure we were good. My partner really liked his noodles!
