Good food. Is a bit on the expensive side. Nice and attentive staff. 10/10 would recommend.

Went here to celebrate a birthday. It’s one of the few places that can accommodate a large group and takes reservations. The atmosphere is comfortable, but a step up and food and service were great.

It's shocking to me that the supposed best Seafood restaurant in the city can't make a simple Shrimp Scampi. I asked for it with rice, not noodles. (Typically Scampi does not come on pasta with Bell peppers.) First they served it with a thick layer of capers that was inedible and the second time they served it a brown sauce I still don't know what it was. I gave up, ate the bread and left. The manager and cooks were befuddled that they didn't know how to make a simple shrimp scampi (with garlic, lemon and wine.) Its not hard, really. But the shrimp tasted so full of mercury I had a headache all night just from the little I tasted. I give up on this restaurant, it's not what it used to be. I also got eaten by bugs sitting outside. Will not be returning,

Just nice to experience good service and good food. Was busy but it wasn't a deterrent to the experience.

The fish and calamari were not enjoyable. While the waiter was a kind and understanding gentleman who made a great effort to adjust our bill, the grilled salmon was unsavory, and the sauce was completely flavorless. We won't be returning, but we do appreciate the effort to make things right.

Expensive!
Way overpriced. Service was terrible, took 45 mins to get our food and I got food poisoning. Never go back again
Best appetizers!
Always great service and delicious food and drinks. We sat on the patio and it was lovely.
This Pelicans has consistently been one of my favorite restaurants in Albuquerque over many many years. But the last time I was there (in April 2024) the service was unfortunately terrible. And that was after making a reservation. The event was my son's birthday. We arrived and they didn't have the reservation, so we waited and waited and waited... while they seated two other parties who arrived after us without reservations. (And we were only had a group of three...) we waited at least 25 or 30 minutes. Then when we got seated, they didn't bring the salad until the food was already on the table. They didn't offer a complementary dessert for the birthday bar boy, and especially considering all the mis-steps. There was no effort made to make up for the service drops... It was a terrible disappointment. Especially from a place that I've learned to expect more from.
