The first thing you notice when you walk in is how clean it looks. The exhaust system above the fryers are very clean. It’s easy to tell they put a lot of effort into cleanliness!The shredded beef tacos are outstanding as are the sapodillas! In fact, everything they make is outstanding.The food is very reasonably priced and the staff is kind and friendly!A must try when in NW Albuquerque!!!

I had placed my order over the phone. When I went in to pick up my food & got in my car, my order was not entirely correct. At first I was upset that I had to get out of my car again & was ready to go full Karen on the poor staff.. but as I was explaining to the gentleman at the register my dilemma - the manager came to assist immediately. They corrected my order & apologized for the inconvenience. Overall reminded me of when I worked in the food industry as well, we’re ALL human & we ALL make mistakes. They made a mistake on my order & FIXED it. As simple as that. I left very satisfied with how the manager & staff handled the situation and the food was delicioso !

Food was good! Service was horrible staffing does not pay attention to detail. When we gave our name for the other the cashier put someone else name. I asked for two number 12 burritos and only received 1, my wife asked for a bean and cheese bowl and was charged for a bean and cheese burrito. When I called to let them know of these issues the person on the phone was very rude and wanted to just argue that she was charged us for what was ordered and even stated that she didn’t hear what we ordered. Staff needs to be retrained and management should be more involved with team as they seem to be completely unsupervised.

Stop Rico's was awesome especially with that burrito grande that they got I even asked if they would open a perico's here in Gallup there's truly nothing like it here I would hope that as business owners they would take this advice and look into setting up an establishment here in Gallup thank you guys for the good service and the great food

I like the food, but the last two times I got a burrito they were pinner, tiny and for $9 for the chicharron burrito I don't know if I'll stay a customer. These visits were noonish on Saturday and Sunday. I try to pay cash at checkout due to a $0.50 upcharge on card usage.
Came home tired from working all day decided to order from doordash received our food from Delivery Man open up containers to find out that our food was just thrown on top of each other like a mess missing meat from tacos burnt chile relleno ordered fish tacos you only have chicken in them worst experience with this restaurant ever will never recommend
