Pericos Tacos & Burritos

I give one star because there is nothing lower. Price was high and food was awful. My family talked me into going here. I wanted to go to taco bell which would have been fast better food.

I ordered using the pickup menu via their website on 12/28 at 5:30p. I paid for my meal then went to go pick it up and the doors were locked. Although I could see employees inside they did not acknowledge me and shortly after I arrived they disappeared and turned the lights off.

I’m writing this review because I have made multiple attempts to contact the store and get a refund because I never ended up receiving my food that night. But calling repeatedly the number connected to their website and google account goes to an unanswered AI phone line.

It feels unethical to take people’s money and not follow through with the purchase on their end, nor a refund.

Extraordinary

My brother always comes to eat at this place. I tried the other location near the freeway, and it was not the best.
Today I stopped in to pick up dinner for my brother and I. I met
Orlando. He treated me like a long lost friend. They also have green chili adobada that he
Gave me a sample of. The meat was so tender, the chile was full of flavor, Just like homemade.
I ordered two Tamale plates. An order of nachos With jalapenos. And a bean in green chile carne adobada burrito.
Everything was fresh.
Service was great.
If you have not tried them out make sure to stop by. You won't be disappointed.

I'm very sad and worried about Pericos Isleta. Their food tastes great, but it's worrying that the employees have children in the work area and make customers wait to take care of the child, And one female employee with dirty and messed up hair it’s very sad as it it’s my favorite go to stop to eat good quality food. I am giving one star not because of the food but in how it’s being runned and managed by the owner and managers.

Only giving a one star because that is my only option no zero star available. First the menu prices don't reflect the prices they actually charge you they charge you more. Me and my husband decided to give pericos south valley one more chance since we love to support our local businesses and were let down and will never return and will let everyone we know to not waste their time. We ordered our food at 12.52 pm and waited 24 minutes for our food when multiple people who showed up after us received their order. The lady finally came out with our food at 1:16 my husband only gets a 30 min lunch break so we were late coming back and when I bit into my food SUPRISEEEEEEEE the food was ice cold how?????? We literally waited 24 mins for cold food!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME SUPPORT OTHER SOUTH VALLEY NEW MEXICAN ESTABLISHMENTS INSTEAD

I enjoy the food it’s great but they need to replace the managers that run this place. They need better train management that understand helping customers in an efficient manner. This place is a joke couldn’t take my order because of a “big order” in front of mine. I know plenty of places that handle all food orders efficiently.
