Peter Piper Pizza

Booked a party here. Waited 2 hours for our pizzas to come out. The staff was accommodating, our host Russell did an excellent job. He’s new, be easy on him.

Wings were small

This was our first time. We went during lunch buffet, which at this time was not busy at all, and quickly learned we would order our own pizza IF we visit next time. The visit started with a very friendly associate at the register. We paid for our meal and games. 2 adults and 2 children. Close to a hundred bucks and proceeded to fill our drinks and we thought we were going to eat. We waited over ten minutes for pizzas to be made as the counter was empty. Pizzas came out.. I think 5 round trays and immediately gone again. Another long wait. I understand that personal pieces are being made as well as a buffet but if you're going to run that type of business then there should be adequate equipment to push out the type of demand being paid for. Buffet experience was a total let down. Salads were wilted.. you have to ask for dressing.. which probably wouldn't be a problem if there were pizza. After we ate, whew, we went and took our children to play games. There is nobody around if you need help.. however there was one person who we were able to grab and was willing and happy to help us and he was the tech support manager named Daniel. I believe that was his name as that's what I was told when I spoke to the manager of the facility upon leaving. When I told her that Daniel made a bad experience turn into a better one and explained that he went above and beyond she said thank you and she appreciated hearing good things about her employees. She did not ask about why my experience was negative nor did she apologize.. She just had no interest. I did mention the pizza situation and she just smiled and nodded. I just want to mention the tech support manager who made our Peter Piper Experience go from awful to not so bad. The game center was fun and that's where he showed up for us. Thank you to him.. He's the reason you got 2 stars for service. He deserves 10.

Nothing was working and couldn't even order a pizza. Service was terrible and couldn't get any help

The food was delicious, the games were fun and atmosphere was good. The service was ok, the employees were on the rude side. We got our wings before the pizza and when asked about our pizza the employee seemed upset about it. we also ordered extra ranch and when I asked for them the same employee sighed and rolled his eyes and then gave me my ranch. But other than that everything else was good!

This location is a complete joke with the kind of employees they have. I get it that they are mostly high school kids, but it shouldn’t take rocket science to put a sign at the register where you order stating there will be an hour and a half wait just to get your food once you order. We were there at 745 and was told it would take 1 1/2 hours for the pizza, even though they close at 9pm REGARDLESS! The little girl at the counter was either incompetent or just plain lazy! I’d be embarrassed knowing I have such lazy, incompetent, and inconsiderate employees dealing with customers. Do better on training these little kids…. Please 🙏🏼

The employees are very nice and helpful, it was clean, no trash inside or out, not busy. The buffet was just blah for the price. Next time we'll order pizza.

Louis was great and the rest of the staff was also awesome! Had my babies first birthday here and they helped so much! The manager even wrote happy birthday on the door! Sweet gesture 🙂

We had my daughter 7th birthday party the manager Luis was awesome very helpful with everything. Food was on point very happy with the customer service.. Thank You Luis for everything and making everything run smoothly!!! :)

The pizza did get better, and the service improved. If you are looking for an inexpensive lunch, it's not a bad consideration.
