I had the most rough experience at this location because I had my daughter party there yesterday and one of the workers name that starts with a E I can’t remember he was making my whole party cry and was was yelling at all the parents that went in the play house thing to get out cause they were to tall and everything I don’t think we would be going back to this location. But besides that the pizza and everything was great

Lots of employees standing around while manager is trying to get everything sorted out. Perhaps retraining young employees to specific tasks versus the whole restaurant as it seemed like Noone knew what to do. Manager is very nice and accommodating but she is working way too hard. I look forward to the staff working collaboratively and forseeing issues instead of being reactionary.

Supppper great time here with the kids today. Wonderful customer service, especially the person at the register. (Maybe a manager?) He made the day for myself and kiddos. Around 12 was a great time to go on a Saturday!
We'll be happy to return!
The newish? Play structure for kids is great!

We always love peter piper pizza. That being said. Yall need to do something about your employees. There was literally 6 employees and one person doing everything, except preparingthe food. Poor girl. I ordered online and stood in the pickup spot. One girl at the register checking someone out when I walked in, there was 3 other groups behind them and one behind me. I stood there about 7 minutes before she had a chance to ask my name for the pickup. Mind you 3 other employees walked by me. A girl in a yellow shirt asked the people behind me if they needed help without even looking my way.. The girl in a maroon shirt asked if someone could cut and box my pizza (it was done just sitting there) she helped the next person in line. A woman in a black shirt (assuming shes a manager) walks out, walks by me says something to an employee then walk in 'an office'(?) A guy in a yellow shirt (was waiting to clock out) walked by me twice, after making a side salad, after she asked if someone could box my pizza, he help someone off to the side (just gave them 2 boxes) then walked around and then said bye to everyone. The Maroon shirt girl then cuts and boxes my pizza and she had to wait a little more on my garlic cheese bread. A man in a red shirt walks around from the kitchen, gets a drink, walks back into the kitchen and is standing there, in my eye line, sees I've been waiting, and is standing back there talking to someone I can't see (assuming the cook). The girl in the maroon shirt gets my garlic bread and sauce and I'm out. The girl in a maroon shirt needs a raise, she only person doing anything for customers. While 4 other people walked by me. I was standing in the pick up spot, it shouldn't have been hard for any of the employees walking by to even ask what I needed. The man in the red shirt, I could understand he might have been on break, he should know better than to have a personal drink in the kitchen. Im food safety certified by the state and if they have a spot for drinks back there it should be in a container with a screw lid, also only water but I know we will let other drinks slide if it's in a closed bottle. Not a cup of soda with a straw. He should be taking breaks in the break room, cuz it looks to me he's just ignoring me.

I go frequently visit this location and it always it a great experience. This time an order came out slightly different from what I ordered CJ who addressed it was very polite and acted fast to make sure his customers were satisfied with the food and service which I very much am! I’ll solely only come to this location from now on just because of CJ and his staff! In the recent years service at most establishments but and small lack of what CJ brings to the table hats off he deserves a raise and promotion

We returned after 25 years. My children's children visited this summer. Prices are reasonable and the pizza was really good. It is obviously an older establishment but very well maintained and clean.

Place was extremely dirty right at opening time, like no one cleaned last night. Within 1 hour they were struggling to keep the buffet stocked, long lines started forming.
8/17/2025- Sadly we went again today. After waiting in line for 20 min we were told there was a 2 hour wait time for pizza. They ran out of pizza dough. The MAIN ingredient

I had placed an online order several weeks ago. When I showed up they informed me their ovens went out and they could not make the pizza, which was understandable. They said they would issue a refund but weren't sure if they did it correctly. I have tried three times to get a hold of the manager and have never had my call returned. I still have never received a refund.
My situation was not nearly as bad as all of the people that had parties there that day and did not have any pizza for the kids or guests at those parties.

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza for dine-in. The pizza was dropped and folded on itself, but staff served it as-is and wouldn’t remake it. Manager was “too busy” to help. Near closing (9 pm), power to the game area was shut off without warning, causing loss of credits for many customers. Trash was left on tables and around seating areas. Overall poor customer service and cleanliness.

Pizza was okay atmosphere was okay but the absolute worst part of the whole experience was that we were part of a birthday party (we did not pay for it just invited guests).
No one told us we have to pay separately for the play place. A nice young gentleman let our 3 small children all aged under 5 into the play place while our husband was standing in line to get the wristbands and special grippy socks one of the managers (Ruth I believe) rudely came over to berate the young man who was watching the play place and told him to stand up straight in front of all the customers. The manager gave the young man a hard time about my kids' socks which are grippy but it's not THEIR socks and my husband was still waiting in line to buy tickets. The gentleman paying for the party was with me and the manager said if we are part of a birthday party we have to still pay a discounted price for the play place but they had to add it on the tab but we need permission from the people paying. And the smallest socks they had didn't fit my kids plus they won't let you in as the parents to help your kids climb up but apparently the kid working in there is supposed to help. Absolutely rude. Will not be returning.
