The young boy who helped us tonight was awesome! I think he was the manager. There was another employee who helped our kids redeem their tickets, and he was very kind.

Pizza and atmosphere are fairly fun. The good was a little expensive for what it is. But it was good. I’m giving one star because they declined to provide free tap water to a paying customer. A $26 pizza should be able to provide a ten cent cup for water. Every other restaurant I have ever been to provides water to customers eating at the restaurant. Poor management to not allow tap water to customers. My mouth was dry the whole time I ate my pizza. Overall bad experience due to that experience.

I'm so BUGGED. The app is not downloading and I SPENT OVER $400 SAVING MY POINTS AND NOW NO ONE CAN HELP ME GET MY POINTS BACK. I wanted to use them before the six months is up!! I TRIED DOWNLOADING THE app on several different devices! POOR APP and NO HELP!!! Now all that money spent for nothing! I came during the summer to jack up my points just for my son's birthday and NO ONE CAN HELP! POOR SERVICE. I LITERALLY WANT TO CRY!

The wasn't very many games compared to it's sister company Chuck E. Cheese. The food wasn't as good either. The floors weren't vacuumed and we just got there when they opened so it tells me who over is closing isn't going a good job. They also charged me 2.50 for ranch dressing that was frozen.

Was extremely disappointed in my last visit to this location. Attempted to place an online order but kept getting an error so had to call in our order. It appears it’s a call center (not local) so the agent took our order and said it would be ready in 20 min. We arrived to pick up our order and spent a long time waiting at the drive thru window before being acknowledged. When someone came to the window, they said they didn’t have our order. The manager got involved and said this happens all the time. I asked if online doesn’t work and calling in doesn’t either, how can customers place an order. The manager said it is best to order in person. Definitely not convenient and if they know their systems do not work, why not fix them? They took my order at the drive thru window and said to wait another 15 min. Went back to the drive thru window 15 min later and sat there waiting to be acknowledged…again. Employees would walk by and see me, but nothing. The employee finally comes to the window and rudely hands me my order. Never got an apology from the employee or the manager and they made us feel like we were an interruption. Horrible customer service and will not be a returning customer. We ordered here despite there being cheaper, faster, and more convenient options, as we like to change things up but everything about this experience was enough to make us stop going. I submitted an email to their feedback email that is on these responses but never got a response. Basically spent a lot of money for poor quality food (couldn’t eat the salad we got because all the lettuce was brown) and bad customer service. Will stick with all the other options in my city.

I was in town for the International Balloon Fiesta and for some reason every time I’m in Albuquerque one of my priority stops is Peter Piper Pizza. I love it so much, it could be due to the nostalgia as a kid. Anyway, not to digress, I had a wonderful experience with the manager on duty, Kevin at this location. There was a small mix-up with my phone order; Kevin jumped right in and fixed it immediately! It’s refreshing to deal with competent managers who take pride in their jobs. Thanks, Kevin! The pizza was wonderful!!!

We went for dinner. Yes, I know it was a Friday, so there's a chance there's gonna be a crowd. I was surprised there were only 4 other families there. We waited well over 20 minutes to order, which should have been our 1st clue to leave. Once someone was able to get our order. We couldn't get a salad as the "guy who makes them wasn't in" We got just a peperoni pizza. 45 minutes for we got it and half was burnt. Our friends ordered right behind us and their pizza took 55 minutes to come out. The trash in the bathroom was over flowing and there was not a soul in sight to cash out prizes for kids.

The employees are always over the top nice!! It’s not hectic and so fun for kids. We’ve had nothing but good times there. Ben was an exceptional employee as well. He was friendly, polite, and patient with my kids!
