This place has gone down hill. The bathrooms are trashed with literal walls missing from the stalls. Half the games are broke or empty. The tables are always dirty nobody is ever at the prize station.

We were invited to a bday party and it was a lot of fun for the kids with the games and tickets. The cards were decently priced too. You can get them by the amount of coins or buy unlimited play by the hour.I DEFINITELY recommend buying it by the hour. Those coins go FAST!The pizza was.... Well..... Very reminiscent of a lunchable pizza. It was edible but tasted like ketchup on Naan. Not great if you're an adult,, but the kids all ate it so there's that.The staff themselves were completely informative and somewhat incompetent though. They put our food out and didn't bother to page is or take it over to us when they realized it was still there. So by the time we all realized the pizza hasn't come and went to check it, it was super cold. The mom demanded to speak to someone and everyone ignored her so she told them they had best make another and make sure we get it hot. It was also cold.The only redeeming experience was the young man at the ticket counter who had the most patience trying to explain to my 5 yo that he only had x points and he could only get specific prizes.Overall the visit was ok. It was awesome that it was so affordable and the kids had a blast, but the adult experience.... Not so great.

I'm very disappointed in this place, I had reserved an area for a party and I did 13 kiddos and 10 adults but picked the $18.99 and ordered 9 pizzas. But to my disappointment there was NO PLACE SET UP FOR AREA W PLATES, OR WHAT WAS TO BE PROVIDED FOR THE BIRTHDAY PARTY SO I complained and to find out it was just a few percent off, and ON TOP OF IT ALL NO HOSTESS TO HELP US WHEN WE NEEDED MORE PIZZA or just questions answered ? so if you're planning on having one, think twice!!! Cause they give u 3 tiers of purchasing a party pkg and just not what I wasn't expecting. Unsatisfied customer. Please do better.

Dirty floor , no ice, expensive food, pizza crust tastes like cardboard, food arrived in increments while the finished food became cold-rediculous!
We took our grandson to reward him for doing great in school. We dropped 80.00$ on food for 3 and 60 points for games. He had a blast. I went to cash in his tickets and waited in line. The person helping finish with the lady in front of me and then just walked away. She didn't say a word jut walked off. There two ladies working the counter. The older one is the one that just bailed on me. The younger lady showed better customer service, and she quickly took care of me and kept working. I asked if the one that left went on brake I was told I didn't know. This was just rude.

The food was not as good as it used to be, our cashier did not pay attention when I was ordering and seemed to be in a rush. There was nobody behind us and she seemed to be agitated when I asked questions. When we went to find a table, every single one was dirty. I had to use my sleeve to wipe off the only decent one I could find. Just a horrible experience all together.

Man, the prices went up a lot at 3P’s daughter birthday party cost us close to $600 dollars. Nothing special at that amount of money. Will not use this place for parties again.Kid-friendliness: Unlimited pass is a better deal than the points.
