Buffett was incredible hot fresh food the entire time I was there.Service was excellent

Recently opened up and the atmosphere is wonderful. Not a lot of games to play, but good for small birthday parties and gatherings. Helpful and attentive staff.

I went there for their lunch buffet, paid for my food and when I approached the counter, noticed that all trays were empty. I only have 30 minutes for lunch, so I grab a slice of the only pizza they had on display. It was cold, and cardboardy. When I asked the manager what was going on, she dismissed me saying, "Working on it." Should not they be working on it on-going?

The customer service here was great! Everyone was very helpful and courteous! I really liked that this location in particular was much smaller than others I have been to and it seems to cater more to younger children. My five year old really enjoyed the time we spent here.

The pizza was great, wonderful and helpful employees, very fun place to relax and enjoy yourself at but very very poor management. You have to wait to find 1 or wait to speak to one if you have any issues and when you do she gives you a bit of attitude.

Don’t even deserve a star had my sons party there yesterday worst place got there my tables weren’t ready at all there was still a party there on our tables they had 6 other tables open for later parties but wouldn’t let us sit there because they were for other paying parties which we paid 300$ for the deluxe package . When they set up our tables mid way they gave it to another party even though it still had our reserved name on it with out even asking so rude. And to top all of that off they gave the huge Neapolitan ice cream tub we bought to another party for there guest and only discount us 5$ for our tub of ice cream saddest part is those people didn’t mention it wasn’t theirs. Figures people these days worst place to have a party I’d rather go to Chuck E. Cheese’s. From here on out with my parties won’t return and definitely won’t refer or approve any one to have a party here

This place is great. Wonderful customer service fresh food and clean

The buffet was delicious with all kinds of pizza, salad and pasta . There was cinnamon pizza. There is a gaming area and lots of seating . The staff was friendly .

Now a LOT like Cici's Pizza buffet (after over a decade of not visiting either while overseas). Nice variety of flavors, full selection of Coca Cola products (including some atypical products). Did not see either tea, nor coffee though. Perhaps available, but not openly?

I have never in my life written a review but this was absolutely terrible and the worst culinary experience in my life. I ordered my food for a party of 10 and we bought 5 large pizza with drinks. Some of our pizzas had hair in them MULTIPLE . This place has terrible sanitation. And the customer service is terrible, we waited almost two hours for our food and when we asked the workers how long it would take they yelled at us. The tables are also not clean AT ALL. There was left over pizza and drinks spilled almost everywhere. We had to clean it ourselves. Terrible restaurant. Never going again. Absolute do not recommend at any circumstances.

Fun place for kids, didn't eat there. But Buffett looked good.

This place is completely the worst aside from the cleanliness customer service is terrible the games are minimal 1/2 of them don't even work. My family and I visited this location on a week nights with about 3 or 4 other families so a very slow nights my food was never made after an hour we asked what was wrong instead of them trying to remake it right, they all sit around in a circle trying to figure it out eventually we got our food the manager apologized and gave us 2 complementary pizzas so we come back about a week later Only to receive a pizza missing half of the topping that we ordered it also had more sauce then toppings that and all of the toppings actually fell off because there was so much sauce. then we had to weight an additional 30 minutes just to get the pizza that needed to be remade meanwhile we watched about 2 other families fight with With the workers because their orders where incorrect or missing food. Worst service ever and not even a busy location we will not be back I would rather deal with a crowd of people and enjoy good food and better service and the other location

Very clean, service was great and the salad was the freshest that ive had at a pizza establishment. We had a very wonderful time playing the games.
