I have had good meals in the past. I hardly go there because it is way too expensive for Chinese food. Tonight I wanted some exceptional take out food to watch football. We order shrimp LoMein and that was mediocre at best and Mongolian beef. The steak was so hard and dry it was like beef jerky. It was so hard it hurt to chew. Basically threw that in the trash.

Sat at the bar. Food was great. Was disappointed as the barkeeep forgot my drink order completely. By the time food came was resigned to the fact not getting. Not the best service I've had at this restaurant. Will go back to table service and not sit at the bar again.

My husband and I ordered the crab wontons, chicken lo mein, sesame chicken. We returned the crab wontons because they had a pungent fishy taste, our waitress graciously exchanged it for an bowl of hot and sour soup which was lukewarm at best and we we're to embarrassed to tell her. The lo mein was also lukewarm and some noodles were even cold which led me to believe it was left over from lunch and got cold. The lo mein lacked flavor too. The sesame chicken was actually very tasty but also some parts were barely warm. The worst part is that we were told that if we wanted veggies she recommended the sesame chicken over the orange chicken and I literally only got 3 small pieces of broccoli which we thought was terrible. We didn't want to complain but when she asked how everything was my husband did tell her and she kindly gave us a dessert on the house to go. We are in Albuquerque visiting from Austin so we don't know if it was an off day for this particular PF Chang's but we use to go to PF Chang's a lot in El Paso & Las Vegas and it was NEVER like this so we were extremely disappointed. I sure hope they get it together. Our waitress was great though!

For the price I was expecting a larger portion and much better food. Panda express is cheap, delicious, and doesn't run through me like onion soup.
