The food was great but when I went to the bathroom to wash my hands it seemed unsanitary and had gnats flying around, I left the restaurant feeling sick and nauseous.

Stopped by for some boba tea but then decided to order some food to go. It was amazing! Their chicken and fried rice dish was absolutely delicious 😋 10/10!! Definitely going back soon!

Food and boba are great but the prices are not as advertised. Got charged $6.49 for the milk tea when the board says $5.49, and $1.00 for the pearl add ons when it says $.75. My pho was also upcharged at $11.69 when it says on the board $10.49.

Both my partner and I have been coming here for months; our go-to pho joint! The rare steak actually comes down right proper rare. The short ribs is nothing short of a michelin star ⭐️

I LOVE Phamily tea house. They have the best milk teas and the food is healthy, fresh and delicious. I think the pricing is reasonable as well for the amount of food and quality.

Me and my brother come here every once and awhile but we always have a great experience and the food is good along with the drinks. My burnt favorite to oder is there family special and there peach mango smoothie

The cute characters make my day and they always appear happy to help you regardless of how busy they get
