Tried this place for my husband's birthday. We were 1st seated underneath a TV with a blaring game show. When we arrived, there were no other customers. We asked to be seated away from the tv and were seated at a table that had not been cleaned from a previous meal. Grease marks and crumbs. We requested a wipe of the table and the only staff member in evidence gave a quick wipe, leaving some crumbs, and walked away. I requested hot green tea and was brought a carafe of water (from a refrigerator full of those) with white grunge around the pour spout, 1 metal cup (there were 2 of us!), but no green tea. When reminded, I was brought the tea (which was quite good), but there was only one packet of Splenda laying on the table, presumably from a pprevious meal, no sugar in sight. There were 2 containers on the table for sauce of some sort, but they were empty with dry remains inside and on the outer surface.
I ordered vegetable fried rice with no protein except egg, my husband ordered pork bun. I received what appeared to be a frozen fried rice dinner. Dried up rice with small diced carrots, peas and corn AND 4 uncooked, hard baby carrots. When I asked about the egg, the server said he could bring me an egg on the side, which I refused. I never leave without leftovers, but I left most of my dish uneaten and did not care to ever see it, again. The Bun my husband was brought had very low quality pork, vermicelli and one tiny cup of sauce for the entire bowl. He was not very impressed with his meal, either (he loves bun and orders it at every Vietnamese restaurant we go to). There is a 3% charge for using a card, debit or credit. The server comped us a whopping 86 cents for the inconvenience of forgetting the egg in my dish. Front glass door was filthy. Floors were filthy. Needless to say, we will never visit this establishment again.

I consider myself a Pho connoisseur and this Pho isn't it. Tasted like it was re warmed from the day before and please don't cut my spring in half. There is too many other options of Vietnamese restaurants in Alb I'd say this one is definitely bottom 3 of what Albuquerque has to offer.

The food and service here is constantly great. I always opt for the rice noodle combination bowl with chicken and beef -always made fresh and my partner will get a rare beef pho. Their Vietnamese iced coffee is strong and sweetened just right too. It’s a hidden gem just outside Corrales.

Very well priced for authentic pho and banh mi. The banh mi reminds me of the local shops back in Houston, glad to have found this place. The iced coffee is also amazing.

Worked downtown and thought I found “the spot.” Sooo thrilled I found Kobe. The entire staff is very kind, attentive and accommodating! The atmosphere is simple, yet perfect. The establishment is always very clean. Hands down 🙌🏼 the best pho, food and flavors! This west side girl is lucky 🍀🇻🇳 to have this magical place to frequent!! Just say “pho-ket” and go! lol

Tried this place for first time today and was not disappointed. We ordered two small rare steak pho with pork banh mi to split. Best broth I’ve ever had in a pho and the banh mi was delicious! The bread was hot and fresh, and the veggies on top were also fresh and had a good crunch! The meat in the sandwich was so flavorful. Also had a strawberry shake and Thai tea. Both were great. 5/5 stars and can’t wait to return 😊

Came here with a friend and it was our first time trying pho. It was so delicious and flavorful. My friend and I left very satisfied; the menu was perfect for my friend since she has celiac. The worker was so professional and friendly. I will definitely come here again despite living in the east side. I most definitely will travel 25 min to eat there!
