Quite unsatisfying tofu banh mi - not particularly flavorful, bread was half stale on one end, and devoid of filling on a third of the sandwich. No tray is provided (for the added plastic packet of soy sauce to leak onto). Became a bit of a mess. Owners of Green Jeans (and Pho Kup), do a better vetting of quality establishments (and your own product). Have some integrity in what you provide. Albuquerque is not some Podunk town of 500 people; it's a metropolitan area that should have establishments whose quality bar is not so low.

Of course I’ve had the pho but this time I ordered tofu spring rolls with peanut sauce. Super delicious, could eat about 4 of those. I usually get the chicken with veggie broth pho but was recommended the brisket with lemongrass broth next time. Will try.

I’ve been coming here for months, the pho is delicious, but the spring rolls keep getting smaller and smaller, yet the price keeps going up…

pork egg rolls & chicken wings were delicious😋
The worst pho I’ve ever had. It was bland and the broth was oily and the meat was awful. I’ve had many pho’s and this was subpar. I would NEVER eat here again.

Today I experienced by far the worst interaction with Leah at Pho Kup. When I attempted to order food, I was repeatedly asked in an offensive manner “how are you” more than five times. When I did not want to answer and rather just order, Leah wasn’t happy with that response and further attempted to justify that this was her job? I believe her job is to take an order and not shove the same question down my throat. As an employee and food service worker, it is her best knowledge to start to read the room from this point forward as I felt disrespected and forced. As she continued to escalate the situation by refusing service until I further talked to her manager. This is not the first time i’ve felt disrespected by Leah and feel this is not how you handle a situation. This was simply immature on her part as she smirked during this exchange. Management needs to step up and address situations on a bias account because the “Manager” saying she knows this individual “personally” makes absolutely no difference. Take a business class!

Good pho, loved the lemongrass broth. Summer rolls good. Some of the lettuce was bitter (need to fix that). Peanut sauce good but no peanut bits. It's literally across the drive from the Hampton inn. So easy, fast, can eat outdoors, nice lady taking orders.

Jeez I don't know where to start. I love a good soup. For the most part pho is just ok too me. Not this place it was phenomenal and inexpensive.

I just recently went to go try some Pho for the first time, but I had a little issue with my transaction. However, the girl working the counter was an absolutely sweet human, apologizing for the inconvenience (even though it wasn’t her fault- lol.) Overall, the issue was fixed and I had amazing food, major shout out to the girl who helped me, she was amazing☺️

We had the Minor serving of Brisket and Beef Meatball Pho. The food was delicious, plentiful, and savory. Andrew helped us through the 4 step process and did an awesome job. If in the mood for Pho, this is the place.
Parking: Plenty of parking at location. There are quite abit of other restaurants at this location.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair will fit through the doors and there is an elevator available to get to the 2d floor.

Whatever that is can’t not be called a banh mi!
My Ramen packs of pho is better than this. I'm from Cali, we have real pho shops here. The soup taste like water with salt only... don't take my word for it.
