I asked the waiter(who was rude to us from the beginning) if their lemongrass soup was premade with pork and cilantro and was told “no.” When it arrived I was shocked and disgusted to find I had just bit into a chunk of ham when I had just told them I cannot eat pork for religious reasons five minutes prior. The waiter rolled his eyes when I informed him and argued I should just eat the soup anyway because the ham was added after the soup was cooked, and I had to insist I would not eat the soup as is. Then he returns with a soup that has no pork but is swimming in cilantro. When I informed him the bowl was not made correctly again, he tells me “this is your second bowl,” as if I’M the one who made it incorrectly, or ordered it wrong! I don’t know what we did to make him dislike us so much but I left hungry, dissatisfied, and feeling violated.
Dietary restrictions: If you’re Jewish, Muslim, or follow a Haram diet, do not come here. They don’t care about you

Interesting that people like the bun bo hue here but it was watery and bit bland to me. The pho broth on the other hand was good. Service is friendly. Restaurant is clean. Their menu is pretty small tho.

The food was very fresh and the portions were big! On the day we were there, they were understaffed. My pho was swerved without the garnishes (no basil, no jalapeño, no sauces) and our appetizers were served without little plates. Our drinks came to the table after we were finished eating. We were also seated at a table parallel to a wall of windows and I could not see my friends’ faces because the were backlit by bright window light. The food was fresh and good, though.

We came in at a not busy time and it was a very awkward experience to say the least. The Chicken Bahn Mi I got was very dry, the spring rolls and egg rolls were mid. Honestly it’s not a bad place just VERY mid. After seeing 4.7 Stars I had my hopes up, but definitely disappointed:/

I recently dined at Bamboo, and it was an excellent experience. The food was absolutely delicious, bursting with flavor and freshness. The standout, though, was the incredible customer service!
Quyen , in particular, was fabulous. She was very considerate and kind. Additionally, after I accidentally forgot to sign the receipt and take my credit card, she went out of her way to ensure it was safe and I was able to pick it up the next day.
I truly appreciate this business and the care they put into their service. I will definitely be coming back!

We love it here! We come here or get take out all the time. It’s our go to place for pho or banh mi. Everything on the menu is so great and we love how much flavor there is in the grilled meats. Affordable and so good!

I ordered the Bun Bo Hue tonight and like many other reviews, the bowl of noodles was very delicious. The broth was flavorful and there was so much meat (beef shank, pork hock, etc.) Paired with a glass of iced Vietnamese coffee, the meal was perfect. Ps. the lady who served me was very friendly. I look forward to go back again.
